Elsa helped solved my problem and the escalation team were great

The customer service is great kudos to the team however the item. Is not.

It could have been better it you send a proof of the item before you deliver it so the customer knows what to expect and we can easily identify if where the problem started.

Also a proof that the item has been tested before you ship out to make the item is working . We're both in different part of the world so its hard to correct the problem.

But the customer support. Big thanks. They have been helpful from the beginning, just avoid using system generated wordings to avoid customer's confusion.

I had issues with unauthorized charges on my credit card and the support team was helpful in assisting with the reversal of said charges.

It's good. But i really need the money back that was automaticaly deduct from my account.
