Highly Recommend!
Highly recommend Allied Students, especially the City Edge site. Extremely good location (just by Manchester Piccadilly Station), and adjacent to a bus stop with very frequent services. Additionally its just a short walk to MMU.
The staff are always helpful and easy to get in touch with. Over the last two years both Steve and Jonathan always promptly replied to my messages and assisted me with any concerns or queries i had. This ranged from fixing various things within the flat, to potential issues I had whilst a resident (which were promptly resolved).
The flat itself is very spacious (especially for a student flat), two bathrooms for three people (so never had to wait to use the facilities), and the kitchen even comes with A WASHER DRYER (so no more hogging my laundry to the laundry room and having to top up my card -i saved SOO MUCH MONEY because of this!!
For the asking price, the location, the excellent service, the spacious facilities within the flat AND A WASHER DRYER this place is a massive bargin and could not recommend highly enough! Especially with what some of the local competitors are charging with inferior services/facilities when compared.

Great accommodation for university students, very quick walk to campus as well as easy access into the city centre and close to public transport. Very clean, modern flats with large bedrooms. Landlords are amazing at helping with any issues.

CityEdge during 21/22
I lived at CityEdge during 21/22 academic year. I spent an excellent time at CityEdge with nice flat mates. My flat had really clean bathrooms and toilets as well as kitchen. My private room was also nice as it was really large. The staff at CityEdge helped me a lot.

Nice accommodation, great location
Location is great, 10 min walk away from Piccadilly station and 10 min walk away from both university campuses. Accommodation is nice for the price given the location and bills included, however we have had some minor issues regarding the electrical appliances and hot water.
