Avoid

Will happily take your money for an intensive course. They have no tests booked or the ability to do so.
They use local independent driving instructors so have no control over them.
Son used them, had two lessons in March of a 25 hour course and is still waiting for the rest (Now August).
Communication is shockingly bad.
They have been 3 weeks trying to contact the instructor to confirm the hours, even though the invoices mist exist between the instructor and 5 day.
Do no bother.

no test and not getting my money back

Not only did a test or course ever materialise, but I was never even put in touch with an instructor; this is over the course of 12 months. Completely disorganised and a tremendous waste of money and time. I have never felt so scammed or ripped off in my life. Whatever you do- do NOT use this service.

Update on my review on 24/6 .. it’s now 2/8 and I’ve yet to receive my refund owed from a course booked in march for 29/4. I’ve had to chase regularly; continually go on their chat function, send numerous emails, and phone (leave messages) .. apparently they have now said they will send a refund (I’ve yet to actually see it). Shockingly poor customer service, they’ve withheld money illegally, not communicated and not delivered on their service. I’ve never met such a poor company with no morals before

They are not a driving school, they are purely an agency sub contract the courses out to local driving schools. Once they made the arrangements that was it job done. They were meant to include the theory test and fully assist to achieve a pass. We ended up having to pay again to make our own booking for this, they showed no interest in assisting. So it’s not what you think it is at all. I’m still waiting for money back on the theory test. Four weeks later nothing !!!!???

My daughter booked a driving course &…

My daughter booked a driving course & paid her deposit for the 16th of july.
The course was canceled by my 5 day the week before. She has sent several emails & left phone messages. Her partner has also spoken to them on live chat & they were going to look into it but still no communication back from from them!.

Booked an intensive course back in…

Booked an intensive course back in April scheduled for July, driver never showed up and was told they were ill. They proceeded to drag out finding a replacement for weeks then stopped responding altogether. Needed on other reviews this send to be a common experience, and this company is nothing short of a scam.

Acquiring a refund has not gone well as they now refuse to reply to any further of contact, will have to escalate to small claims court.

if I could go lower I would all the good reviews are bots.
I booked a course in December 2023 for January and here we are in august and I still haven't got it AVOID AT ALL COST.
worst part is they stopped getting back to me about a refund

Awful company! Avoid at all costs!

Booked an intensive course in February for a July start and was let down last minute. Seems this is a recurring issue and always the same excuse of being down to ‘instructor illness’. The good reviews on here are scam accounts and clearly put on to avoid a bad overall rating by the company!

Pitiful communication and organisation. Customer service is non-existent and trying to get money back a painful process which I don’t doubt will also take months. Paid thousands for nothing!

NEVER AGAIN! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Scam

I enrolled in the course, but unfortunately, they cancelled it twice. After reading numerous reviews, it’s clear that this is a recurring issue—they blame instructor illness and then provide no communication. Additionally, they are uncooperative with refunds. My advice: steer clear of this company.

Awful company to deal with

Awful company to deal with. Booked a course in April, this was cancelled last minute and when rebooked, no driver turned up. We have been fighting for a refund for months and after many formal complaints, we are no closer. Absolutely sham of a company who will take your money and provide nothing in return.

Twice now I've been let down by this company.
I booked back in March and been let down in May now in July.
Same old rubbish they feed you and Alex from customer service is utter rubbish.
No communication or notice what is going on.
They just use the instructor as an excuse for letting you down. Pathetic..
I've made a complaint so waiting to hear back and I want my 399.99 back which they basically stole from me.
Otherwise I will take it further.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST....
Plus you can tell its a scam by looking at the reviews on the 5 stars.
Everyone who reviews only has 1 review on there account..

Reported to trading standards-Unable to contact head office via phone or email

I've consistently attempted to contact this company via phone and email since paying them over £1000 three weeks ago. The driving lessons have commenced with no issues, (despite initially being allocated an instructor requiring me to travel for an hour from my house), but I've still never been able to contact the office. I'm yet to see value-add when the instructors could have been booked directly via the ADI database. Consistently I've accessed the chat function on the website and have been promised contact via phone or email, but this has never materialised. I continue to message them daily to ask for a response.

Update 06/08. No refund in sight. I have reported them to trading standards due to the fact that they have not delivered required services.

Don't bother your wasting your time & money with this company

My son booked his intensive driving course two month prior for the July 15th, we paid the deposit & were told to send over copy of his provisional license and not to book time off until confirmed. The confirmation email arrived say its all booked for week commencing 15th July, We had no more contact from this company, we tried to get hold of them multiple times over the next couple of weeks ever by phone or email chasing what the plans were for the coming week but no one ever got back to us. He booked the whole week off work, then at 18.00 on the Sunday evening he had an email to say that there's been some confusion regarding this booking and can we re-arrange to other date, this then went on for a couple of days but they then go off the radar so have asked for a refund and are booking this with another company DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

No one turned up for my intensive…

No one turned up for my intensive course that I had booked two months in advance! Tried to reschedule for another time but no one would respond or update me! Had to go through the complaints email to try and get my money back and no one is getting back to me! Terrible organisation and terrible with making amends! I would avoid this company at all costs!

Absolute joke

If I could give it zero I would. Absolute joke. My son had lessons booked. 5 days before he received a message to say the instructor was ill. Rescheduled to 2 weeks later, no word from instructor. On chat kept telling him instructor would ring him. Still waiting for the phone call. Save your money and go to a reputable driving school.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are an agency organisation who are supposed to act as an intermediary for bookings. They do not have their own pool of driving instructors and therefore do not fulfil the bookings that are made. All they want is your money - please note that they state the deposit is non-refundable. If 0 stars were an option, this is the rating I would provide.

My experience with them is a very poor one. 1 last minute cancellation (apparently the driving instructor knew they would still be ill 6 days prior to the start of the course) and 1 where there was simply no communication, despite constant promises that they'd contacted the driving instructor and requested they call. The standard reason provided is that the instructor is on lessons and will call in the evening or when they've finished their lesson. The reason provided for the lack of communication and did not call was that the instructor was ill (again). In both cases promises of credit, extra hours etc. were made but when asked for specifics, nothing was put in writing.
They also appear to be very disorganised, and it took a lot of chasing for them to book the theory test.

I very much doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews they have received on here.

Use a local driving instructor who actually cares about their customers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My course was due to start on a Monday, but I received an email on the Wednesday before informing me the instructor probably won't be able to make it because he's ill. I explained that I'd booked this 2 months in advance, & wasn't in a position to rearrange due to work commitments. I asked for a full refund & have been met with silence. The live chat is useless, & although the phone number is active, no one ever answers or replies to your voice mails. Please don't waste your money.

Appalling service and zero customer service

Appalling service. Cancelled booked lessons twice at very last minute. Promised to reach out when I complained, and of course never did (don’t promise this guys when you have no intention of following through!) Would strongly advise to avoid this company. I work in sales and know good service. Avoid at all costs people.

If I could score 0 I would! Worse company I have ever been involved with!

I booked back in April with a course date of mid June! When booking I explain why I needed to learn in a hurry and was told they could do the course and practical test at the end of that week. My first mistake was believing them and the second was booking and parting with my money.

This is when this issues started - I began trying to get theory test sorted and it was constant- we can sort this for you. But never happening and me needing to constantly chase. It was eventually booked for the week following my intensive course - proving that I couldn’t pass the week I was learning. But I accepted this.

The week before my course I had no details of timings and I emailed (because you can’t speak to anyone on the phone) just asking for timings so that I could plan work around it and didn’t need to use a full weeks annual leave. I was told the instructor will be in touch the week before, nothing. I messaged again to be told the instructor will be in touch in the next couple of days… nothing! Thursday afternoon … it goes on on on like this! And you guessed it Monday came and went with no instructor and no course.

I contacted them and they didn’t even apologise… just we will look into this and get back to you. Then no response! This went on and on!

I the asked for a refund … very little response we will look into this and get back to you! No resonse - always down to me to chase. I contacted trading standards, my bank and explained to them the impact on me this whole experience was having… they don’t care! I was events told that a refund had been issued and would be with me 3-5 days! Guess what it never appeared - only when I spelt of the significant impact this was having on my mental health and the fact I had been signed off, As I need this course to help me fulfil my caring responsibilities.

If I could some them up it would be incompetent lairs! Please done part with your money.

I can see now that they don’t have their own instructors they out source to people in your area - so the good review are really lucky ones nothing to do with this company! They should not take payment until they have secure a local instructor for dates requested.
