UK EXPAT VPN.
Give it a miss, complete rip off. It used to work, now absolutely useless, no longer get chan 4, ITVX, netflix. Ch 5 etc. Poor support. Beware.

I have been trying to reinstall the service on my new iMac for two weeks and it's been a nightmare. Customer service kept giving me different instructions and could not install even with Team View although they tried three times. When I complained they just kept telling me to be patient! Yesterday I cancelled my account and subscribed to EXPRESS VPN which was installed and working in ten minutes flat!

Poor set up and poor customer service. Very poor instructions and support. No live chat which makes it difficult and language barriers which makes it hard to understand the issues that customers have. I restarted a subcription and was put onto a different plan, with a VPN located in the country I live in not in the country I actually want to access services. I have spent 3 hours trying to get them to understand that uninstalling and reinstalling have not worked. That the VPN choices only gives the option of the country I am living in not the country I am paying to access. When asked for a refund it has been refused as the say I have been a customer previously. I have disputed this as this is a restart of a new subscription on a new plan. Every customer has a right to a refund after 30 days it's in their terms and conditions. If you can't even get the program started it shouldn't be an issue with a refund.

The streaming from uk terrestrial channels buffers constantly when we watch something, which makes viewing impossible.

Paid subscription but cannot get onto website. Just going round in circles. I'm not at all new to Internet - use it every day. Very frustrating.

Be very careful. Once subscription paid no refund.
Very poor customer service. Just go round in a loop of emails. NOT A GOOD PRODUCT.
Would NOT recommend.

I have a MacBook Air. When I use the software on iPad it’s great. On the Mac it forgets who I am every two-three days. So it’s uninstall, clean, redo. They haven’t fixed this despite me telling them repeatedly through 2020. Now, when enabled, browser is blocked. Safari, Firefox, Chrome. Doesn’t matter. I emailed with detailed description and the woman said “what’s the problem?” I said read my email of do I need to repeat it?

Response? Well, we don’t have an issue at our end, can’t help you.

Fantastic and you can have it on your computer and laptop, super easy to use and understand even if you're not a big tech person. Also, I really like that when you get disconnected it will freeze all internet traffic until a secure connection has been reconnected.

One of the best app to watch UK channels. I use it regular. Cost is also affordable, it is fast and works well for me. I really like My Expat Network.

I watch all my tv shows on my expat network. It is really fast. Overall i had a good experience with easy interface.

I have been using this vpn for 2 years, loved it watching tv shows and live sports streaming. I have no issues yet from my expat network.

I have used them for 5 years.....
Used to be good but unfortunately they are advertising that you can use the on some sites,when you clearly cannot.
For example impossible for Amazon Prime Video
It’s also not possible for Netflix.
I will look for another company at the end of my current subscription

Have installed this vpn approximately 6 months ago and have been pleased with the results.
Unfortunately a couple of days ago I could no longer receive uk programmes,Sky,BT sport,BBC iplayer etc.
I have been involved in email correspondence with expat who have after several emails sent me standard info.on how to address the fault .Expat has also stated during this correspondence that not VPN will permit access to Sky Go.Totally false information!After a couple of hours spent uninstalling and reinstalling various apps as instructed by Expat I had no success.
Installed an alternative VPN with immediate success !

Used this service for a year
Whilst overseas it worked quite well with only a few hiccups. However, they will automatically take the next subscription without notifying you or providing an invoice.

They justify this by saying it’s in the small print. Not good enough. Some of us expats have been stranded overseas and had no idea of subscriptions as we were worried about getting home and not getting Covid.

Would never use this company again, and there are more reputable companies who would let you know a subscription was due.

My Expat Network VPN is the preferred VPN provider for over 3 years. As a developer, I need fast VPN access without compromising on speed, and the VPN on my expansion network works great for this. I had no major issues getting their support, but once I did and it was quick. Recommended to my friends now a few times. Hoping to maintain its service at the highest levels in the coming years.

It's a good VPN service. It does what it says it does. I have been using it for 5 months and it's an absolute saviour especially during the pandemic. The apps, extensions and router services are very user friendly, fast and secure. I would like to try exploring more locations on it.
