The free shipping wasn't free and ended up paying $ 150 for shipping + customs.

To make matters worse the suitcase came damaged and it was also the wrong size.

No phone support or method of contacting them. Need to go through my credit card company now.

Definitely not the quality and service i was expecting for a $ 1000 suit case.

Waiting for them to fix this.

The most disappointing purchase I’ve made in years. I find it outrageous that people are comparing this to rimowa. Like many others, my medium size luggage got thoroughly damaged with the first trip I took it on. So much so, that delta reimbursed me for the full cost of the luggage!! It’s frustrating because there is no where on their own website to leave a proper review, and when you search online, you see countless influencers giving positive reviews of their products, but I bet none of them have actually taken the bags on a trip!
Setting aside the cheap quality of the aluminum and build, there are so many issues with the interior design. The clips holding the cover on one side always come undone, so everything you’ve packed on that side falls out constantly. The zippers are so tough and always get stuck. Even the wheels aren’t that smooth. Now, after 4 trips with the suitcase, there is space between the lips of the two edges when the bag is empty and shut. Usually, when I overpacked it a few times the suitcase wouldn’t fully close, but now it’s happening when it’s empty—ridiculous!
Please don’t purchase.

Handle broke after just a few trips, a wheel also broke partly on second trip already really. Based on other reviews I won't even bother with trying to get a replacement as I don't want to waste time with them or any money (have to return it myself) or get one of those poor product at all anymore. It's complete Chinese dropshipped garbage quality. Can find near identical bags for 1/6th of the price on Alibaba/Aliexpress.

I read the other posts and this is not my experience at all. I am really pleased with my purchase only big disappointment is just missing out on the 15% off Easter Weekend. Looks the part and i'm very happy with the quality.

Literally the WORST company. They charge a premium yet DO NOT provide a premium quality product and there customer service is laughable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM or you will be stuck with an expensive terrible suitcase which is the opposite of what you want for travel.

Received for Christmas, took a trip THREE DAYS LATER, my entire suitcase has dents and scratches all over it and they sent me some image FROM A DIFFERENT SUITCASE COMPANY that says “overtime aluminum luggage will have wear and tear” I understand overtime but not after one use….my $100 luggages are better quality.

They send fake tracking numbers claiming they send the suitcases, but guess what, it never arrives.
Reminds me of 2006 scammers of ebay.
DO NOT purchase from them.

I recently had my suitcase handle break, and I reached out to their customer service like 10 times to no avail. They don't get back to my many emails or help provide support. I sent them a video and image of the warranty covered damage along with the receipt and have not heard back at all.

STAY AWAY!!!! This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the quality of their cases is well below par. If you could rate a company below 1 star it would defiantly be this company. I took my case on one trip and after this one of the locks was defective and the mechanism was not working well. After several emails I received a generic reply asking to try all 1,000 possible combinations on the lock, even after telling them I had not changed the combination from the factory set. After replying to this I have still yet to hear anything back from them 2 months later. Do not buy this product you will regret it!!!!!

Order complete. Year later, still no luggage and ZERO communication. Stay away

I can't comment on the quality of the suitcase - it never arrived. The courier couldn't find the address (Post office and amazon have no issue delivering there). First three emails to MVST were answered 'we have forwarded your query to our shipping department' (as if that solves my issue) and the last three emails have been ignored. Luckily I bought using a credit card so looks like I'll need to do a chargeback.

Hello can someone from MVST Select contact me. I placed a order to Amsterdam Netherlands. Unfortunaly it never arrived. I payed 610 euro's. Can someone contact me please. I already have send 8 or 9 mails with no response.

Sad to report I only used this bag as a carry on 4 times when I opened the clasp and it broke in my hand. The mechanism is just made of plastic and not durable. I have been waiting 4 weeks for support to figure out what to do. The bag is now worthless as it doesn’t close so I have to purchase a new bag for my trip coming up in 2 weeks. Support let me know they are waiting to hear back from their warranty team however looks like a very small company so I’m confused what is taking so long unless their warranty team is a third party. Bad quality for value I would not recommend. For this price point it is better to go with industry leader brands to avoid buying from a company that may disappear on you. Feels like they are not compelled to help here or fix, so I will likely end up tossing this nearly $400 bag in the trash and paid $100 per use. Sad to report as well one of the wheels started acting up on my last trip making the bag less smooth to move around however I have no faith to ask their support for help with this additional issue, simply wanted help with the clasp and yet here we are a month later. No SLA for response has been defined.

I ordered a case and chose the quicker delivery option because I needed it for a trip this cost an extra $111.00
so not cheap carrage it said it would arrive on the 7th June
but as I checked the tracking info it became clear the case hadn't been sent and I got excuses the case had to come from San Fran to Florida to the uk
emails went back and forth with excuses and corporate blah blah but no one wanted to help
the next thing I get an email the order has been cancelled on the 7th 2 days before my trip and im still waiting a refund.........
I went and bought another case ( Carl Fredrick ) which was delivered next day delivery from a London company
so if you want one of these cases good luck in getting one but foremother reviews it looks like they aren't worth the money so its saved me from a stinker of a product

ive had these cases for 2 months and they build quality is below par for the price of the cases and from several flights the damage is at a point where they look awful to use. My TUI £50 case has held up better then these.
upon contacting them I was told that this was expected with these and it happens to all metal suitcases which is a lie as I have a Rimowa which doesn't have any where near the damage as this one and it is nearly 5 years old.
upon requesting any sort of refund or return as I'm very unhappy with the product I got completely ignored.
