Lovely little Harp, great sound!
I called twice to ask about the harp and what came with it and spoke to a very helpful gentleman. I loved the videos on the website of harpists playing the harps so I could get a better feel for the sounds and quality. My harp arrived beautifully packaged with a handy tracking service and sounded amazing even before tuning.The bag is comes in is really good quality. I really recommend this harp if you're like me and dreamed of playing and wanted something beautifully made and great quality to start with. I'm already playing a few simple tunes and really enjoying the sound. Brilliant first harp! Very happy.

However, for insurance and safety reasons, we carefully detune the strings prior to shipping so they don’t get damaged in transit. This process can also cause the bridge to shift slightly inside the box.
We completely understand how this may have been frustrating, but the good news is that the bridge can be easily repositioned, and once tuned, your Banjo Guitar will be ready to play as intended.

Great Instrument, great service
The ordering process was really easy.
The harp I ordered is top notch, I am playing her daily already. It's a 12 String Caorlan Harp with levers, it's easy to tune and a delight to play.
There was a slight confusion with the delivery date, but that was a GLS problem.

Premier lute pour moi, la fabrication est vraiment de qualité. Il y avait juste un petit éclat au niveau de la tête, même si c'est d'aspect esthétique, je suis un peu déçu...
Sinon le son est très bon, les cordes mettent un peu de temps à se stabiliser, surtout la corde de sol. Je suis très content de mon achat, à part l'éclat sur la tête de l'instrument...

Great instrument for an amateur like me
I'm a rock drummer, playing also keyboards and I like irish music. Some years ago I started playing celtic harp just for me and my family, mostly in a meditative way. I liked it, but the harp got damaged. So this time it should be a real irish harp. I got it today and was happy from the first moment. Good package, great bag and - for me as an amateur - a wonderful instrument. It sounds much better than the old one, the quality is two classes better, for example the levers are very exact, f and c marked, and the sound of the string is as good as without lever.
The harp is well produced and I started playing my favorite tunes instantly. I'm very glad.

Tuning Nightmare
The only problem is that the first string G broke immediately upon tuning- and so did the spare string.
No local stores carry lute strings. Stuck with a broken,
but beautiful lute.

I love the sound of the harp but not…
I love the sound of the harp but not the experience with the client service, i'm steel waiting for the invoid, whi?. I want to say that the sound of the harp is bether than the old one, but the thini strings are breaking and i have no trings to repair it.
