I wear an Apple Watch to bed and track my sleep every night. Before MuteSnore my deep sleep was averaging maybe 45 minutes a night. I was getting 6-7 hours total but the quality was garbage according to the data.After about a week with MuteSnore my deep sleep jumped to almost 2 hours consistently. My resting heart rate during sleep also came down a few points. I'm not a doctor so I don't know what all that means exactly but I know the trend is in the right direction.Beyond the numbers I just feel better. More patient with my kids. More focused at work. Less reliant on that 2pm coffee to get through the afternoon.The product itself is well made and comfortable. Took me maybe 2 nights to get used to it. I clean it every few days, takes no time at all. Packaging was professional. Arrived quickly.Not sure what else to say. The data speaks for itself and I feel better. That's really all that matters right
