Ich habe bisher nur gute Erfahrungen mit MuscHub gemacht! Die Plattform macht es einfach, einen Song oder ein Album zu veröffentlichen, die Benutzeroberfläche ist leicht zu bedienen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kundensupport. Jede meiner Anfragen wurde ernst genommen, und herzlich und kompetent beantwortet. Es ist tatsächlich schön zu wissen, dass man hier bei der Lösungssuche nicht allein gelassen wird!

MusicHub ist überaus professionell in ihrer Dienstleistung. Durch ihre enge Anbindung an die GEMA ist die Veröffentlichung von Titeln ein Kinderspiel und bei allen erdenklichen Gelegenheiten komplikationslos, schnell und effizient. Die Prüfung des Releases erfolgt gewissenhaft und bei Zweifelsfällen unternimmt das Team jede erdenkliche Möglichkeit, Lösungen anzustreben - bisher stets mit Erfolg!

I started out with Ditto Music and honestly wasn’t happy there at all. Later, through a friend, I moved my music to Believe — and unfortunately, my experience there was even worse. Personally, I cannot recommend either service. In fact, I would strongly advise independent artists to look elsewhere.

After that, I switched to RecordJet. Overall, it’s not a bad platform and it offers many interesting features. I also don’t have anything negative to say about RecordJet. However, for me it still felt somewhat unfinished, and I never really had the feeling of being fully “at home” there. When you have options as an artist, you naturally keep searching for the platform that truly fits.

Through GEMA, I eventually discovered MusicHub — and that was the best move I could have made.

I’ve now been with MusicHub for around six months, and during that time they have continuously introduced new features that genuinely improved my workflow and experience. But what really stands out is their AMAZING support team. The level of support is absolutely world-class and something I’ve only experienced before with our company alugha.

Releasing music through MusicHub is an absolute pleasure. The platform feels modern, reliable, and artist-focused. And the statistics and analytics tools are better than anything I’ve seen on other publishing platforms so far.

I don’t recommend this platform 90% — I recommend it 100%!

I started releasing music with Ditto, and after a year or 2 I changed over to MusicHub. Since then I've been loving the tools that are provided for the artists, and relationships they have created with other companies that help artists with Pitching to Playlists. The new features they are continuing adding and improving make this excellent for artists who are serious about releasing music.

Ich arbeite seit 2022 mit MusicHub zusammen und bin begeistert. Die Releases werden ohne Probleme bearbeitet, Anfragen werden superschnell beantwortet, der Support ist sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Wir verwenden den GEMA Music Hub nun einige Zeit und sind wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Plattform ist übersichtlich aufgebaut, der Upload der Songs sowie die Befüllung der unterschiedlichen Tabs funktioniert schnell und unkompliziert. Das gesamte User Interface ist modern aufgebaut und bedienerfreundlich.

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Support. Unsere Anfrage wurde extrem schnell beantwortet, wir haben eine klare, verständliche Rückmeldung bekommen. Allan vom Support hat uns dabei sehr kompetent geholfen und sich sofort um unser Anliegen gekümmert – inklusive der Korrektur eines Künstlerprofils auf Apple Music. Sehr freundlich, schnell und lösungsorientiert.

Bisher waren die vier Buchstaben Gxxx für uns eher ein rotes Tuch. Den GEMA Music Hub können wir aber wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn man seine Musik unkompliziert und professionell veröffentlichen möchte. Wir releasen bayerische Dialekt-Rockmusik als Band BAERWOIF (Bärwoif) und werden den Hub auch in Zukunft nutzen.

Sehr schnelle Reaktion vom Service. Freundliche und umfassende Auskünfte. Hilfe stets auf den Punkt. Seit ich bei Music-hub veröffentliche sind meine Streaming-Zahlen spürbar höher als früher teilweise mit den gleichen Produkten. Korrekturen sind problemlos und es kostet nicht jede kleine Änderung etwas. Die generellen Kostenabzüge sind viel besser als bei Konkurrenzprodukten. Kompetenz bei Sachfragen. Direkte Ansprechpartner. Übersichtlicher Aufbau der Seite. Verbesserungswünsche im Handling (z.B. Soundfile-Upload) werden ernstgenommen und weitergeleitet. Rund um ein gelungenes Konzept.

Wollte mal kurz was schreiben: Ich bin sehr dankbar für den schnellen und klaren support vom Team!!:)

MusicHub is an amazing platform for distributing your music. Their website is intuitive, extremely well thought-through, and beautifully designed. Their support is on point and seamless to use through the embedded chat window. I've used many digital distributors in the past, but I always found their websites overly complicated or badly programmed. MusicHub definitely has the best product out there.

Die schnellen Antworten auf Fragen sowie die rasche Umsetzung und Behebung von Problemen geben mir als Künstler das Gefühl, dass man meine Wünsche und Ideen ernst nimmt und an einer echten Partnerschaft interessiert ist. Das findet man in der heutigen Zeit leider kaum noch. Man kommuniziert auch nicht mit einer KI, sondern mit empathischen Menschen, die über ein großes Know-how im Musikbusiness verfügen. MusicHub hat immer neue Ideen, wie sie Künstlern mit Tutorials, Tipps und Ideen dabei helfen will, die nächste Hürde zu erreichen. Die Website von MusicHub und somit auch das Künstlerportal sind sehr gut organisiert und bedienerfreundlich. Das Hochladen und Veröffentlichen von Releases ist ein Kinderspiel. Zusammengefasst kann ich sagen, dass ich als Künstler und Musikproduzent sehr froh bin, Teil der MusicHub-Community sein zu können, und ich würde dem Gesamtpaket von MusicHub am liebsten 6 Sterne vergeben.

The process of releasing a song via MusicHub is very simple and efficient. It only takes a couple of minutes to fill out the form and get everything (i.e. the art work, the track itself plus the lyrics) uploaded. It works like a charm! At the same time, you can register your song with GEMA using the track board. Again, child's play! If things go wrong (happens rarely), your get a great support from the MusicHub people. Typically, your problem is solved in very short time span. Excellent platform! Excellent service!

I had one of the most frustrating experiences ever with MusicHub.
Instead of providing basic support, they dragged me through an unnecessary and disproportionate “investigation” that had nothing to do with my original request. Even after I provided more than enough information and proof, they continued asking irrelevant questions, wasting time and overcomplicating everything.

Their communication felt intrusive and unhelpful, and the entire process made it impossible to trust them with any release. A simple takedown request turned into a long and completely unnecessary back-and-forth.

I would not recommend MusicHub to anyone who expects professional, efficient, or respectful support. There are many distributors who handle things faster and with far less hassle.

Ich kann MusicHub rundum empfehlen!!! Der Veröffentlichungsprozess ist super easy, es werden alle namhaften (und auch weniger bekannte) Streamingplattformen adressiert und wenn man mal Fragen hat, dann wird schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Super easy, immer wieder.
