Found out about Mush clothing by chance after looking for a particular pair of Moschino shoes which I found being the least expensive abd as I was offered an additional 10% discount by subscribing I jumped at the chance to place my order.
I found from ordering to delivery a total pleasure totally recommend to anyone who wants what they want with a professional service. Thank you for mine!

I ordered a shirt which was subsequently found to be faulty, this in itself is no problem. However I received an email with a credit note attached that is clearly designed to make you think you have had a refund. The email actually tells you nothing at all and when I queried it I was told that they had sent me an email previously telling me that I needed to let them know what to do before a refund would be issued, however if I had not queried this I clearly would never have received my refund. I was so annoyed at this that I also returned a jumper I had ordered and yes the same thing happened again! I received a credit note email but have not received a refund. I emailed them and told them about this and got a totally non related email back totally missing the point. I have informed trading standards who said they will investigate but if you send things back please do not assume a credit note email is a refund! I really have found this appalling and I am still awaiting the refund on my jumper, be very careful here!

I found my Guess bag that I couldn't get anywhere else and I recieved it the very next day.

I was very impressed with Mush Clothing, they had an excellent range of the shoes I was looking for. They had a very speedy delivery and the items that I returned were quickly refunded to my account.

I have no good review for mush clothing except their quick response when i asked to cancel order from amazon. Other than that, everything is bad.

- there was no reply when i enquired about some items
- no quick response when i needed one
- no feedback when i complained
- did not receive any notification when my item was sent back and my money refunded. When i did realise it, the bag i wanted so bad was SOLD OUT!
- i was not notified about the bag being sold out. And i had to buy a different bag.

Just a no problems at all purchase

Out of stock of the shoes I ordered bur offered me a more expensive pair at the same price. Very happy customer
