I gave not only Muse hub the 5 star but their staff as well. I had issues with getting a product but the product didn't sit well with my system, within a couple of hours the issue was resolved by their customer service agent.

They have topnotch tools that can make your music go wow 😲. Very seamless services with good navigation into your interest when you find yourself on their page.

Absolutely garbage malware, installing within SECONDS while you want to install Audacity.

When I upgraded to Audacity 3.7.8.0, I discovered this MuseHub option for additional effects plug-ins. I was intrigued and downloaded most of them immediately. A few balked; so I contacted MuseHub support and quickly received advice from Anastasia there, who got me on track (pun intended) to download yet more free and effective plug-ins. And all this for free! Very impressed with both the product and the service.

Trash. I just wanted to install Audacity- which I immediately backed out of and grabbed a Zip file for, when I saw this "MuseHub" nonsense. Cut to an hour later when I look into my Windows system tray and see a new icon... For what? For MuseHub of course. Bro- what?

I received prompt, precise help from Anastasia, resolving a confusing (for me) licensing issue. She did great! Thanks again for your help. The plugin itself is great and has produced fantastic results.

Update: Apparently, there was a glitch in my email system when Musehub customer support responded to my messages about this issue, and their response was rejected by my email account. That was why their response was not received.

Initially, I had some trouble getting ahold of customer support to help resolve an app login issue, but after I found a different way to contact them, they were very responsive, and the login problem was resolved quickly.

When I left multiple messages on their main app, there was no response, whatsoever. When I left a message on their website, they responded immediately, and I had a resolution overnight. That is why I am giving them 4 stars.

Ultimately, I found Musehub customer support to be very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I am delighted with the lightning fast, thorough and excellent Technical Support from Anastasia. I am a complete beginner to MuseScore. I had purchased the MuseScore Explained Course and had no clue where it got installed and how to launch it.

Anastasia sent me a step-by-step mini Guide showing me all the different ways to navigate, filter, access and launch my purchases via the Muse Hub dashboard. I am really appreciating the clever design of Muse Hub that integrates all the Muse Products under one roof making it easy to find new software, make a purchase and view your library.

Anastasia’s help got me to a flying start. I found out where the Tutorial MP4 files were installed on my PC:

C:\Users\username\Muse Hub\Courses\MuseScore Studio Explained®\

I found out where the entire 15.3GB MuseSounds Core Instruments were installed:

C:\Users\username\Muse Hub\Instruments\

I got a prompt first reply asking for more info, then an explanation about a slight delay (negligible) due to being out of the office and a full descriptive answer to my problem. By far the best service I have met with via the internet.

I had a problem after an update. It took them no more then 24 hours to solve the problem and I again had a working version of MuseHub

Wanted to know how to use a new computer that didn't have my MuseHub data on it. A prompt helpful response from Anastasia and I was using the new computer in my account.
All excellent.

Anastasia's support was great. Turns out I couldn't install or download the Muse Sound I'd purchased because device registration failed due to an incompatible computer name. Strange that it would matter what my Mac's computer name was, but changing it solved the problem.

Only downside that had nothing to do with Anastasia's support was that I'd opened multiple support tickets over the past year without a response to any of them. I'd given up but decided to try one more time...

I gave this 4 stars because of the customer service. Unfortunately, we could not get certain parts of MuseHub (the Core and Pro elements) to load onto the computer. I worked with support and tried everything that they suggested. We even tried loading it onto another computer and it still didn't work. Disappointing, HOWEVER, customer service was quick to be willing to offer and provide a full refund. Sometimes products just don't work out for you, but good customer service keeps it from being a bad experience. I would recommend others try this company because if their apps work for you, you will have a good experience, and if they don't, the company is very willing to help.

My most recent experience with customer support was satisfactory. This hasn't always been the case in the past. Hopefully this is a sign that things are improving.
As for this most recent request, they were a little slow in responding, but they did solve my problem.

The response and solution to my problem was swift and effective. I'm grateful for the MuseHub support team.

I don’t understand why this crap gets installed automatically when I install Audacity.
If I want to be creative, I’ll decide that myself.

Ich habe irrtümlicherweise ein Jahresabo (158.-- CHF) statt ein Monatsabo (16CHF) für MuseSounds Pro bestellt. Weil ich noch nichts heruntergeladen hatte, wurden die 158.-- umgehend zurückerstattet und ich konnte ein Monatsabo wie geplant buchen.

Absolute worst piece of nightmarish software anyone could have scrapped out of their scr&%um. What a pain to try to simply relax and professionally work with this.
