I have been a Murad customer for 15yrs+. I love the products. The moisturizers are not oily, and truly moisturize my skin. As a women in my late 50's I get compliments on how young I look and how great my skin looks (especially when not wearing any makeup).

Emma from Murad was extremely helpful & gave me the best customer service I have received in a long time. Going above and beyond to help me after a series of things went wrong my end. First with the discount code, then when returning items my son couldn't use with his medication the delivery failed and came back to me. I have never been such a painful customer before & Emma continued to be understanding & organised my refund with no issues. We reordered the hydration range which came within a couple of days & the products themselves are so rich and luxe. So far loving the products as well.

I ordered a comprehensive skincare routine lineup directly from the official Murad website. Since it’s a sequential course, I just reached the final step — the Targeted Pore Corrector ($46.80, which is 40% of my order value). To my horror, I checked the batch code (CC3G1) and found out it was manufactured in July 2023. Its 3-year shelf life expires right now, in July 2026!
The warehouse shipped me an item that would expire before I could even open it as part of my routine course. When I contacted customer service, they refused to help or issue a refund, hiding behind their "60-day policy." This is not a change of mind; this is a warehouse sending expiring products to international customers. Terrible customer care and total scam!

Products are actually very nice but the website does not function properly; cannot manage subscriptions as they claim you can, cannot apply their stupid worthless points as they say you can, customer service is basically unable to help excpet to tell you to leave a note for delibery saying you are refusing delivery. Like any delivery folks these days do anything except throw pakage on your porch & leave.

Very disappointed with the body cream . so very expensive and may have used a basic nivea or dove that offer much better value for money . Feel ripped off and very very disappointed

Placed an order on April 18th and was provided an order number. Called today for tracking info and was told my order never went through for lack of payment. They took the money out of my account on April 19th for the full order and never packaged it and sent it out. I had to file a dispute after repeated attempts failed at asking to be transferred to a supervisor. Their customer service rep kept talking me in circles about how I didn’t have enough money and they canceled my order. My order wasn’t canceled till after I filed a dispute with my bank. This company has some serious issues with their employees.

Update as of 5/18/26. Murad charged my card $81.52 yesterday claiming I subscribed to auto renew a product of theirs. I asked how could your company put me on auto renew for something your company claimed was declined last month for nonpayment. This company is engaging in illegal activity. I’ve asked them to completely delete my name, email, and address off their system and refund what they just charged, and I was told to contact my bank instead.

So first go-around they took money out of my account for an order they refused to ship for nonpayment when they got full payment and now they state that I put an item on auto renew during that same purchase and are refusing to refund the purchase they charged today.

This company is sketch, and I want nothing to do them anymore. They should be FINED!! and INVESTIGATED!’

I placed an order on Dec 27, didn’t receive anything or any updates on the order, i was patient but then emailed jan 5 because its been way too long. No one answers.
Then finally on the 7th i dont even get a notification it was shipped but check the order status and its says on the way, though the tracking number is not found. But on the 8th i get sent an email one of my items and the promo item that i was suppose to get is now not available, a day after my order was supposedly “shipped”, still nothing from customer service, no one gives a damn. This was my first and last order because whoever is running the operations in canada clearly does not care. I dont even know when i will recieve the remainder of the items but irs been 2 weeks already of waiting hopefully it wont be 3 weeks

I was totally unimpressed with the targeted wrinkle corrector. I used as directed with the retinol serum and the night cream. I don’t have bad wrinkles but there was absolutely no change. I bought it on a promo from GMA. The quantity in the containers was deceiving. What seemed like a fair price was very high for what looks like sample size. I would not recommend

Murad intensive skin peel is a complete waste of money. Use retinol products before wasting your money on a professional peel that is pretty much an inactive product. Bought at CosmoProf.

Today I get blocked my card ,as Murad company tried to take 98£from my card!!!How ?Why?I never heard about this company

Whenever they send me an email offering me items to redeem my points, they never actually let me get anything.

I returned an item . They received it on June 16. Today is July 10 and I still have not received my refund. I have called and sent several emails. I have had no explanation. On email said the refund would be issued that day. It was in July 2. Nope. How do I get my money refunded?????

I was a huge fan and used their products for a decade or more. Just recently they added a new “post purchase” feature where they display additional products. Attempting to exit out of it i accidentally hit add. There was no confirmation, no additional approval of charges—NOPE, since they already had my payment information approved for the previous purchase they were able to just charge my credit card. Even though I contacted customer support literally 60 seconds later, my order was already being “processed” and could not be altered. I was told a supervisor would call me, but they were too chicken to call and have a conversation so they sent me a bs email instead (although say they attempted to call me but no missed calls on my end and I had been waiting for their call). This whole set up is so predatory that I am shocked and saddened to see this brand stoop so low. I will NEVER buy from you again, Murad. When you treat your customers like garbage then you don’t keep them. Enjoy the extra $50 you scammed me out of. It will be the last.

My order arrived missing 1 item which is the most expensive one. I sent an email to the address provided a week ago and haven't received any reply till today. I chatted via FB page but is not active. I rang the phone line but it was an automatic answer. I have no idea how to contact them.

They send you an email telling you you ordered à product and they charge you even if it's not true. Real Scam

I received an email late in the night saying that I placed an order (which I definitely did NOT) and had money deducted from my account. I assume this is a technical error from their end and immediately contacted them saying to cancel the order and process a refund. Three days later, I've sent four emails and had zero responses. It's a terrible customer experience and even worse to know that they have placed an order for me in error from their end.

Beware that Murad's order cancellation policy is horrible. I originally set up auto-fulfillment on my first order using the maximum 3-month fulfillment period. After three months, I received a reorder email time marked 12:19am (when I was asleep). I did not need a refill (and this stuff is expensive) and contacted the company as soon as it opened for business the next day (6am CA time). I was informed that Murad does not cancel orders (regardless of order timing/shipping status and I would have to pay to return it when received. Respectable, customer service oriented companies allow for cancellations when promptly contacted.

I will now pay to return the products and delete my account immediately after the return refund is processed.

I’ve been using Murad Environmental Shield moisturizer for 15 yrs. I have sensitive skin, and can’t take anything with perfume smell. My skin has been doing really good. As I’ve aged I have included their Hydration products, serum, night gel and spray . Don’t have any complaints. As for customer service, products not received, called and they resend my products, no question asked. Remember a little goes a long way!
