Impossible de mettre le câble que je possède dans l'encoche prévue. La clé ne tourne pas jusqu'au bout et ne peux donc être retirée.

I bought the AlarmID and from first play it looks well made and I think it will be a life saver in the airport as I have a 5+ hour layover and then a 6+. So can tie myself to my bags and the seat and fall asleep if required. So yeah thus far recommended.

I purchased Multplx's Universal Security Lock last year. It's such a great product because the latest thin laptops do not have a dedicated security lock slot and this product makes it possible to lock your laptop. This year I decided to purchase their Alarm ID laptop & Bag Portable Security Alarm. It emits a piercing 100 decibel siren when any of your devices are tampered with. It gives me an additional layer of protection and confidence to leave my stuff for brief periods of time. Furthermore, Customer Service is stellar! When I got concerned that my order may have been lost or misplaced, I was able to get help and resolution almost immediately. How awesome is that!

The alarm is much too quiet. Certainly no where near the claimed 100 dB! Also the cable disconnects too easily increasing the likelihood of false alarms greatly.

Easy to place the order, quick delivery, and everything seems to work ok. What more can you ask for?

Very speedy delivery and good communication regarding status of order

I ordered a security cable for my laptop. The cable I received was defective. The lock would not open. I called customer service and a gentleman asked me to send a video showing the problem. I did and was told I would receive a refund. I was disappointed that the lock did not work but he wonderfully resolved the issue. The next day woman contacted me stating the video did not clearly show the problem and requested much more details. My dissatisfaction is in how you conduct business. Why was one of your reps satisfied and told me the issue would be resolved? Then, later, the video was not sufficient. Apparently your customer reps and policies are not consistent!

Really pleased with my purchase of the laptop alarm. It will give me some peace of mind when using my laptop in public spaces.

The article is exactly as described and the delivery was fast. The only thing missing is some type of manual describing how to set your own code, but a quick Internet search helped (it is rather intuitive how to do it, but having an "official" confirmation would have been helpful).

Initially, I was interested only in the Anchor Adapter (not knowing that there is Combination Cable Lock) and being suggested to get both saved me a lot of hunting for a separate lock. Great shopping experience!

So many uses! Obviously laptops etc, but I also use it for my cycle helmet, my bag on the beach, case in the airport, bag on the back of my chair in the cafe, and for that extra hotel security, I alarm the door handle in any hotel room I'm in, there's always something to wrap it 'round.
Great piece of travel kit.
