Sorry to hear this.

Your order was placed on 22nd August and dispatched in two separate packages the next day (Monday 23rd). According to the tracking numbers, you received one package within a few days and the second is currently with the local Norwegian domestic postal service - it seems there was a slight delay on their side getting this through clearance, which is not something we can speed up.

We have sent you an email with all the tracking details (in case you missed them in the earlier emails) and provided further details. We suspect you will receive the outstanding parcel within a few days
