Hello neil - sorry to hear this , unfortunately the only address given on the order form was the billing address as the Order was chosen to be free collection & the delivery was paid for & organised after but no new delivery address was provided . Yes on the whole all good, there was a bit of damage to the tool chest casing but only minimal, expect it was done on delivery, but we happy with the product and fast turn around.

Matthew at MTS represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast.

Overall great company
Overall great company, more than happy with my new tool chest as its got everything I need. Only complaint is I couldn't get through to anybody when I called multiple times. However I would still definitely use this company again and would highly recommend.

Amazing company amazing item!
I have to say I was skeptical for the price it was at. But after having a bit of a look I couldn’t find anything negative and bit the bullet. I am glad I did, the tool chest arrived within two days. The driver moved the pallet right where it needed to be. Some minor assembly at this end to put the wheels and handle on and you are set. The tools feel solid and I am really impressed with the quality! Much better than what I have been using to get by.
If anyone is hesitant, please don’t be. I am blown away by this deal and the service received!

Outstanding, top of class. Friendly and helpfull
Our experience was brilliant with Matthew. We ordered a toolbox, he was very helpful and brilliant service. Matthew delivered the toolbox to Thruxton for us as we were at a BSB meeting. Toolbox is excellent, top quality and the service with Matthew was outstanding.
It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I couldn't recommend him more.
