This website is a scam.

Do not waste your money! Every feature is an additional cost and they don't work or display the content as suggested.
Poor customer service that is clearly familiar with unhappy customers and shows little care.

Aside from the obvious issue with its functionality and other limits. mSpy is cheating people out of their money offering a product that doesn't work. Only after you buy, you find out that the features that they advertise do not exist or at least they don't have them!

23 Oct - Submitted request to cancel Subscription
28 Oct - Received the email from mSpy that they noticed the cancellation
25 Nov - After numerous emails asking me why I don't want to use their product, what's the problem etc.

Their response to my request for cancellation after 3 days of purchase:

"While we understand and respect your wish to apply for a reimbursement, we regret to inform you that we are unable to honor your request due to reasons beyond our control.

At mSpy, we value every client and strive for excellent service. For this reason, we would like to offer you one of the following alternative solutions:

1. We can freeze your subscription until the time you have physical access to the device. As we put it on hold, the duration of your subscription will remain the same. You can reactivate it anytime by contacting us through email or LIVE Chat.

2. We can offer another monitoring solution - Scannero.io for free. This app can track any phone only by its number (you will get: GPS and IP location; number lookup; voice message sending; phone and email leak checking)."

If anyone is interested I can provide all the proof!

I have just spent my money on nothing.
- First of all when you buy it and pay for it and first login to your account you realise that you have paid for an ordinary account and for everything else you must pay extra.
- If you want to be able to use more phone pay extra
- If you want to see pictures pay extra
- if you want to see videos pay extra
- if you want to see location pay extra
- Every other good option is extra
- Even of you need support there is extra support for which you must pay extra
- Id didn't work on iPhone 16 pro max, when I contacted the support, more then 3 times they weren't able to help me, and suggested extra payed service for helping me solve the issue.
- When I asked them for the refund first they offered that extra support for free, or even extending of one month for free (I have paid for three), and when I refused they told me they will not issue a refund because I refused the help, but where were they when I contacted them three times before that with no help at all.
- I will contact my local ombudsman and other consumer protection bodies here in Austria, and maybe even the police and I will make a compliment with my bank.
- I have all the screenshots and copies of my conversations with the support.

Does not work

Horrible. Does not work as described. A complete waste of time.

If your gut says something is happening, its probably right! Worth every penny, great service, thank you Thomas York with customer support. They guided me through tech issues and I got to the bottom of discovering what I thought was true all along.

Overcomplicated installation, poorly documented, documentation in different locations, geolocation on iphone in Greece does not work. I have been an IT engineer for over 23 years and I have extensive software and hardware knowledge and experience. After 4 hours of testing the installation and functionality I requested a full refund, but the next day I got an email from the massistance customer service to try their services instead. I am sorry but this application is too complicated and unstable for parental use. I used another app instead that installed seamlessly in minutes across platforms and it was up and running immediately.
