Over 14 days we (2 couples) experienced a wide range of Moroccan societies, geography, cuisine, and attractions. MSI Travel did a splendid job of establishing an itinerary that was comprehensive, informative, and comfortable in the context of eco-friendliness. Our driver/guide was safe, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was available when we needed him but was not “invasive”, which we appreciated. The accommodations were varied and exposed us to a range of riads. Local tour guides were friendly, well versed in the nuances of each city, and allowed us to maintain our own pace (we are octogenarians). We made stops at a variety of cooperatives, many of which were run solely by women, that most “Tour Busses” probably bypass, that gave us additional insights into many unique initiatives. Surprises, as always occur on a trip such as this, were minimal and not catastrophic. We fully enjoyed every aspect of the trip and have only positive things to say about MSI Travel.

Morocco completely exceeded expectations. I had no idea how to plan a trip there, but MSI made the whole process effortless. In ten days we covered Casablanca, Chefchaouen, Fez, the Sahara, the Dades gorge, and Marrakesh—somehow without ever feeling rushed.

This was truly a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget. When we started looking into a trip to Morocco, we were definitely overwhelmed. The options are endless and it’s hard to know what to choose and who to trust. Well, if you’re looking for a tour operator that’s super easy to work with, friendly, thinks of everything, and will plan your tour perfectly, this is it. We were able to go all over Morocco in 10 days—from seeing the Mosque in Casablanca to the blue alleys of Chefchaouen to the souks of Fez to riding a camel into a luxury camp in the Sahara to an incredible couple of days and a hike in the gorge to Marrakesh. Every guide was kind, patient, moved at whatever speed we were comfortable with, answered any questions that we had, and one of our tour guides even sat down and had lunch with us and answered tons of questions about religious and political history in Morocco. I think our biggest question about this trip was just the unknown… we had read about people calling to you on the streets and trying to bring you difference places and our guides prepared us perfectly for any situation that we might encounter. In the end there was absolutely nothing to worry about and we not only felt safe, but welcome, everywhere we went. I would book with MSI again. 10/10.

From the beginning, communication with Aziz was timely and easy. He was able to arrange the 2 1/2 day excursions in Marrakech that we requested. Aziz even went out of his way to meet us in person our last night in Morocco, riding a motorcycle deep into the Medina where we were having dinner.
Hassan was an experienced guide, who imparted a wealth of information as he guided us through the Medina and maze of souks. As first time visitors to Morocco, this was greatly appreciated. We made 4 stops during that morning - first to the exchange to buy the local currency, then to the Dar El Bacha, Jardin Garden, and The Herbalist.
Our second 1/2 day was equally informative and fun! We met Najla (@najlaworkshop) for a cooking class - followed the easy directions to the neighborhood near her home, went to the market to buy ingredients for a traditional & delicious Moroccan meal, and prepared and enjoyed the meal together. We found Najla to be knowledgeable and a delightful chef to learn from, including making mint tea.

Nach einem faszinierenden Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage im Februar 2023 in Marrakesch wollten wir unbedingt unseren Kindern die Stadt und dieses Land näher bringen. Ein paar Tage in Marrakesch und dann eine Rundfahrt. Als idealer Reisezeitpunkt erschienen uns die Herbstferien. Wir schrieben diverse Reiseveranstalter in Marokko an und was soll ich sagen? MSI Travels hat unsere Wünsche und unseren Geschmack voll getroffen, der Preis passte auch-also haben wir gebucht! Was für uns etwas schwierig ist, ist das Bezahlen des Gesamtpreises vor Beginn der Reise-ohne irgendeine Sicherheit. Aber ca. eine Woche vor Reisestart bekamen wir einen toll gestalteten Reiseverlauf, einen Tag vorher die Kontaktdaten unseres fantastischen Fahrers Moha und danach lief alles wie am Schnürchen! In Marrakesch waren wir in einem sehr schönen, familiären und herzlichen Riad untergebracht, ca. 50 Meter vom Djemaa El Fna entfernt. Perfekt für uns. Die Rundreise war war sehr eindrucksvoll mit abwechselnden Landschaften, Atlas, Anti-Atlas, Wüste und Strand! Überfall fanden wir schöne, saubere und familiär geführte Riads und guesthouses vor. Wir lernten viele interessante Menschen kennen. Moha fuhr uns sicher auf jedem Terrain und ermöglichte uns ein vollständiges Eintauchen in die verschiedenen Lebensweisen. Wir sind absolut fasziniert und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal mit MSI Travel unterwegs. Danke für diese großartige Erfahrung!

We just returned from our 17 day tour in Morocco, organized in great detail and with perfection by Aziz (MSI Travels), and delivered with wonderful care by our guide/driver Aymane.
We discovered a civilized and friendly country, eager to welcome tourists and ready to offer them a warm hospitality. We had an excellent experience preparing the trip, as we custom made it. Aziz was able to offer us all the trips we wanted to take, he chose our accommodations based on our wishes but added his knowledge of the country and rich culture. We felt it will be a successful trip just by reading the material that he prepared for us before we started. Our great surprise was to discover wonderful clean cities, an amazing Islamic architecture, picturesque riads, the majestic Atlas mountains and the experience of being in the desert for two nights - together with getting there by camel, driving an ATV and a 4 x 4 through the dunes and watching the most amazing sunset.
Our experience was so good because we had an excellent tour guide, who delivered all the plans with high professionalism. The much younger Aymane was like a parent to us, taking care of us and guiding us everywhere. Albeit his young age, he is a mature guide. There were no mistakes or omissions in our tour, his driving was impeccable. Our small group of 6 was comfortable travelling in a spacious Mercedes van and he granted us any of our wishes. In each of the cities we had local guides to help us discover the rich history and culture of the place.
MSI was able to customize the trip that was perfectly tailored to our group needs. Morocco proved to be a tourist friendly country that deserves to be fully discovered.

MsiTravels. We were so impressed with our first experience in Morocco, we asked Aziz and his team to plan our next trip to Senegal and vaxk to Morocco. Aziz was very thorough and patient with our last minute changes. He also kept in touch with us and our driver in Senegal every day. We appreciate his recommendations of where to go and our hotel was phenomenal. Back in Morocco, Aziz took us up the coast to cities we did not get to experience the first time. As a senior, I am especially grateful that Aziz took the time to make sure I could participate in all the activities and if it was too strenuous he would suggest a different activity so that everyone could enjoy it.
