Dear Sir,
We're very sorry that your order did not arrive on the agreed delivery date and that you had to contact us to find out what had happened. We completely understand how frustrating this was, particularly as the wine was ordered for a party and arrived too late to be of any use.
After investigating, we found that the consignment had reached the local courier depot but was not put out for delivery as scheduled. While the delay occurred within the courier network, we appreciate that the responsibility for your overall experience remains with us.
As discussed when you contacted our customer service team, we arranged for the order to be returned and a full refund issued. We recognise that this did not make up for the inconvenience caused and are genuinely sorry for the disappointment.
We appreciate your feedback and are continually reviewing our delivery partners to help prevent situations like this from happening again.

The order was due on April 14th but was not delivered to the right address. This caused very unwelcome anxiety. Through local effort the consignment was eventually located. This was reported back to Mr Wheeler but there has been no acknowledgement let alone an apology.

Lack of Customer Care!
Very poor communication and cooperation with the client. It would appear that Mr. Wheeler’s left hand doesn’t know what his right hand is doing!!
Delivery due mid-February hadn’t arrived by the middle of March - I telephoned to check and was told it had been delayed and I should have been informed!
Very cavalier attitude and impression that they didn’t really care about customer service, and I’ve been a regular customer for years!
