I can't recommend this company highly enough. The price was great with the discount and delivery was very fast . The jellycat was a present for my granddaughter and it was beautifully wrapped . That makes all the difference . Definitely would use this small business again !

Beautiful and perfectly formed small online gift shop
I always try to support small businesses before resorting to Amazon. This is a wonderfully put together website, its easy on the eyes and to navigate. Everything is reasonably priced with beautiful items available to buy. The despatch time was vey quick and I received my items carefully packaged. I would definitely buy from again. This was a good experience from start to finish.

The valentines card was a lot smaller…
The valentines card was a lot smaller then I thought, also it gave me the option to write something , which I did , I wrote a love message declaring my undying love for him thinking it would be printed inside the card and when it arrived it was printed out on the paper invoice under the price information 😂 I will not be ordering again, definitely will stick to Moonpig

Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order.
We do include the dimensions of all of our cards within the product description, but we completely appreciate that it can sometimes be difficult to visualise the size when ordering online.
I’m also sorry for the confusion regarding your handwritten message. This option is intended for customers sending a card directly to the recipient, and messages are handwritten inside the card rather than printed. Unfortunately, the message entered with your order was considerably longer than the maximum character allowance and wouldn’t have fitted inside the card.
As your order was placed on 12th February and was being delivered to your own address, rather than directly to the recipient, we made the decision to dispatch it that same day rather than hold it back while we contacted you for clarification, as we were conscious that any delay could have meant it not reaching you in time for Valentine’s Day. Your message therefore remained on the order paperwork — although we completely appreciate that seeing your declaration of undying love underneath the order details probably wasn’t quite the romantic moment you had in mind! 😂
Normally, if there is an issue with a gift message we would contact the customer before dispatch, and we’re sorry that on this occasion the Valentine’s deadline meant we had to make a judgement call.
We’re a small independent business and genuinely want our customers to be happy with their orders, so we’re sorry that your first experience with us wasn’t what you’d hoped for.

Excellent and swift service
