Stick to ordering online
Placed the order online and the stone arrived as expected very happy with the product.
I did have a query about ordering extra adhesive and called. I was advised to order online, rather than over the phone. The person I spoke to was ignorant and rude and clearly didn’t want to speak with me which was disappointing. Stick to using the online option.

Beautiful slab. Delivered on a pallet. The driver was very polite to me and helped moved to a space I could handle easily. Really delighted with the whole experience of ordering through to delivery. 5 Stars.

Sample never arrived
Ordered tile sample on the 22nd of June. As of 4th July, it has not arrived with no communication as to if or when it might

Hello,
Sorry to see you are unhappy. I can confirm that the tile was sent via Royal Mail on 22nd June, the same day it was requested. Unfortunately we do not have any tracking information from Royal Mail so we do not know it hasn't been delivered until we hear from the customer.
It is very disappointing to see you have not received it, as I specifically spoke to the Warehouse Manager about your sample. I asked him to send 1 full piece so that you could get a true reflection of the product as it is still a fairly new product to us.
We make follow up calls 10 working days after samples have been despatched to hopefully allow sufficient time for delivery and for the customer to view the product. So we would have been contacting you mid week this week to discuss your sample. We have found if we contact customers sooner they have not always received them or had chance to look at the sample.
If you wish to still have the sample, please contact our sales team and we will get the service upgraded to Next Day via courier.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
