Scams customers. Sells cheap chinese parts and when there is problems you dont get any help and they doesnt refund money if you want return these.

This seller is a scam. They send broken items and doesnt refund or send replacement parts. Order your watches some where else. I have already made a report of this to my credit card company.

I purchased a GMT back in May 25' - been happy with it since arrival but recently been having issues with the GMT hand getting stuck between the hour markers.

i have emailed, whatsapp's and messaged on instagram with no response. Ive had to resort to leaving this review in the hope that someone will get back to me.

The watches arrived and they are fine. But no original boxes, no instructions and the customer support was useless. They take 7-10 days to reply to each message and do not provide any actual assistance. Their tracking numbers don't work and the ordering process was a bit nerve racking when they took forever to respond and have still not got back to me about a tracking update request sent two weeks ago. The watches have already been delivered.

would rate it 0 stars but cant. recieved the watch it was defect and 0 reaction to any emails.

Watch is not working and support does not help anymore. After some standard emails they didn’t answer anymore. Very bad

Update 01/26. After a long Time a get a new watch without any more Information. Thank you. From 1 to 3 Stars. Could be better Communication

Do not buy a watch from these they are con artists box was recieved is a open with nothing inside, with Royal Mail Bag stating that it was recieved tampered with, have sent numerous emails and they refuse to do anything about it, David who ever he is best keep looking over his shoulder.

I bought 3 watches for nearly £450 planning to wear one for my wedding.
I asked if I bought a few and could I return the ones I didn’t want which was apparently ok.

They were ordered 05/05/25 and right after I noticed they lied about being based in the Netherlands, asked for a cancellation within 10minutes and they replied 2 days later saying it was too late they were already being ‘made up’

Items arrived not as described and wrapped up in a way that you couldn’t take them out the box to try on or even look at properly and was told if the packaging was tampered with in any way it was classed as ‘worn’

Had to return after not accepting their partial refund and ship these back to China, at my expense.

These items sat in customs in China for many months, I was checking the tracking on the Royal Mail site. I instructed that the seller should be the one that claims the items from customs but they just hit me with the usual ‘we will look into it with the team’

Cut to 04/11/25 the items are returned back to me as they weren’t claimed from customs.

Many emails have been exchanged over the months and just get the same blanket response.

This company are a scam, the watches look poor quality and they lie about the location, do not get ripped off like I have.

I don’t believe any positive review for them is genuine, please beware

I’ve been wearing my watch for more than 6 months now and it has been great! One small problem but with great services it has been resolved beyond my expectations. Would definitely buy again and recommend to others!

The watch is beautiful! Got more compliments when i’m out than my friends wearing rolexes 😂

Actually had an issue with the watch and they are sending me a new one!

Wat een oplichters bedrijf horloge gekocht met expres levering duurde 3 wk... uiteindelijk binnen en een week heeft mijn zoon hem gedragen met afwassen op werk nat geworden en vocht schade...geen medewerking van het bedrijf 5atm waterdicht...mailen mailen niks geen oplossing nooit iets kopen daar zonde van 208 euro....

After 6 months of owning the watch I had a problem with the watch strap and clasp. The first time it happened the company did provide a replacement strap, however it took over a month for them to send this to me! Just over a month later, the same thing happened, the strap broke again! I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They confirmed that they could issue a replacement, a different design which I was happy with. Then… they changed their minds and insisted we have a replacement strap instead! So no refund, no replacement and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a replacement strap. Watch is not fit for purpose and customer service is very very disappointing.

Two months after placing order watch has still not arrived. I have attempted regular email contact since 2 weeks after order placed and nothing mailed. All emails replied by AI canned support messages saying, "we are tracking" and "we will investigate" nothing has ever arrived after two months. Cannot get a human to reply to any contact messages. I cancelled credit card and reported scam.

The website was plain and simple great description and delivery time was 12 days for both times I purchased my watches. The watches I bought are built beautifully work beautifully still to this day the automatic movement keeps working after 2-3 days of not being wound up or worn I will definitely be purchasing more from mr mod watch for my personal collection and definitely recommend they also cleaned up beautifully with soapy water so you don’t need to worry about getting them wet I won’t risk putting them in water although I believe it would not harm them

Ordered a watch in May 2025. Returned the day it arrived as it was not genuine, returned packaged as I did not open. Returned tracked delivery. I tracked the return and it arrived at there warehouse 7 days later. I’ve contacted modwatch over 10-15 times via email asking for a refund and I have not received it! We are now in September!!! Email reponses are we are looking into it, and then they completely ignore me! I’m now out of pocket of £200! I am Jan me to claim money back from bank as I’m over the 30 days!!! It’s a scam do not buy from them! I’d like to add email screenshots to this but it’s not allowing me to!

Oh my word, in all my days, I haven’t seen a watch as beautiful as this panda, since the last watch I bought from Mr Mod. I love them both. I can confirm they do arrive, well packaged, they look amazing, they work, they keep good time, I’m so glad I treated myself.

For 2 MONTHS now I am yet to receive my order, contact the customer service and no resolve has being created. Can't find my watches, no refund or replacement appalling!!!

Very supportive during shipping and the watch is quality.
