Hello,
As you are aware, we have looked into your issue and contacted Royal Mail. Tracking information shows photographic evidence of the parcel being delivered and signed for. We advised you to raise a dispute with Royal Mail regarding this.
We have also contacted Royal Mail directly and they are investigating this issue further, we are still awaiting an update on this at present.
We are sorry that you have not had a positive experience with Mr Brown's Exclusive.

I would definitely recommend Mr Browns Exclusive. I was nervous at first about ordering, as had been looking for the lowmel Ugg trainers in colour Sand for a while, which were sold out everywhere. But i shouldn't of been, i received correspondence almost straight away and even an email welcoming me to the family. On top of that, i received my order within just a few days😊 all i can say is that my boyfriends daughter is going to be one happy gurl at xmas. Thankyou Mr Browns👍

Don't buy
Don't buy! I ordered trainers, the shipping time was from 5 to 7 business days. After 2 weeks, when I did not expect any news from the seller, after several of my e-mails, I was told that the trainers are out of stock! 3 days after ordering, I saw that all sizes of these trainers was have been withdrawn from sale, which means that the seller knew, after 3 days, that these trainers were not available, but waited 2 weeks while I started asking questions about my order!! Got my full refund back,but If you don't want waste a time,don't buy or you will be fooled!!! Terrible experience!!!

I'm sorry that you did not have a positive experience with us. Due to the nature of the items we sell (being exclusive), sometimes, when they sell out, they can be very difficult to restock. We always try our best to rectify these issues but occasionally it is not possible. Once again, apologies we did not meet your expectations.

My watch needed a simple repair and Omari responded very quickly and was really friendly. He sorted the problem straight away and went out of his way to resolve it - although it was my error, it was all settled very easily. He made the process a pleasure.

Misgivings
To be honest I had some misgivings, although everything was fine in the end. I was told delivery would be in 7 days but after seven days it hadn’t appeared. So I sent an email for an update, but didn’t receive a response in the next two days. So I tried phoning but the only number was a mobile. I wondered then if I had been scammed but the following day I had a message from the Post Office telling me they had received my package
