Ordered 3pm thursday and sent a message about if they would arrive next day, got a phone call telling me they were in hand and would be posted next day! Just arrived perfect double boxed!

No delivery and no refund.
Item not delivered and having to fight for a refund 10 days later. Terrible customer service, they are avoiding me. The company has terrible ethics. Never again.

As per your tracking information it was delivered to your house via Royal Mail, including GPS co-ordinates locating to your delivery. I paid for a PlayStation 5 with express…
I paid for a PlayStation 5 with express delivery and a week later it hasn't been dispatched. I have contacted them by email numerous times so I've had to contact my bank to get my money back. Worst company I've ever dealt with, especially as it was almost a £500 order. Absolute disgrace.

Tried all the big shops for these trainers to no avail, let down by another online retailer who took order then couldn’t supply! Then came across Mr Brown’s exclusive who supplied and delivered within 3 working days and no inflated prices! Highly recommended! 👌

Excellent all round
Couldn’t find these trainers anywhere. Was reluctant to buy from a company I’d not heard of but I needed have been. Arrived super quick and was just as expected if not better. After a woeful experience with Nike customer service I’m delighted with Mr Browns exclusive and would definitely use again.

We spoke with your daughter via email and telephone to discuss the lead time of this order. The order was delivered 1 day after the lead time which we apologised for. I’m aware it did arrive in time for your granddaughter's birthday, so we hope she enjoyed her special day.
We also provided a partial refund for the minor inconvenience and received positive feedback from your daughter.
We understand purchasing items online can cause worry, especially when delays occur but we hope this experience with us has built trust in our brand.

Second purchase from this gem of an independent store. Bought some Pop Mart collectibles which arrived damaged in the post. I've never known a company to be as responsive as this one.
