I have been an adviser for 17 years and…
I have been an adviser for 17 years and the tech has moved dramatically. MPowered have a really easy to use system and no where near the amount of info some lenders require to assess lending. Underwriters call to run through any queries to nip them in the bud.... always helpful. My last case offered within 2 hours! They also accept some slight blips and have a common sense approach. Bravo MPowered!

Speedy service before and after application.
The case was underwritten within 24 hours, even though there was a change of property in that short time!
Valuation was also instructed within 24 hours.
Customer service was very helpful when contacted.

Tech issues with the AIp not working in…
Tech issues with the AIp not working in the first place which then took 24 hours to sort lots of issues uploading documents once again tech issues and that took 48 hours to sort, it was scanning bank statements and saying it was missing a month when it wasn't it was a real faf in getting doccuments on the system and at one point i wish i had of stuck with Nationwide ! The best part of the whole experience for the first time using you as a lender was Rhonda who was amazingly helpful in getting things sorted and Ryan my BDM assisted me in the process but all credit to Rhonda and I will try you again as once these issues were eventally sorted the rest was smooth :-)

very efficient service once submitted. Felt it was delaying the process asking for credit limits on the application. fed this back and they are looking at getting this requirement removed so will be even slicker service. Nice to be heard! very efficient when calling as I had a problem submitting my documents. this was sorted very quickly.

Lender Setting New Standards
Extremely impressed with the lenders mortgage application portal process, the professionalism of the lenders staff, the speed of the underwriting process, subject to being provided with the documentary requirements and the speed in the production of the mortgage offer. 10 out of 10, all mortgages should be produced this way.
