I've had several photos printed with MPix and am pleased with the quality. Most of the prints I order are art prints and the papers are lovely. I especially love the metallic prints they've done for me.
Mpix did a fantastic job of touching up, printing, and mounting my wife's funeral photographs. Much better quality than that offered by the funeral home and for a much more reasonable price. Its hard to know the first time around, but I won't be making that mistake again. Mpix is the way to go! Thanks

Horrible coloration compared to uploaded images. Vibrant reds and oranges were dark and grayish. Some prints came very blurry. If you contact customer service, I hope for your sake you do not get connected with Barry.
I had a small issue with my order and was blown away by how quickly and kindly the Mpix team resolved it. Jecilyn responded within minutes and had a solution in place almost immediately. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had — fast, thoughtful, and truly appreciated!
Horrible customer service they charge a lot for the photo collages but they don’t back their products. Mine is about a year and half old but has the glue coming through that they used. They don’t care if it’s a defect on there end or not. I have photo collages from place that charge quarter of the price and they have held up fine.
Extremely disappointed just got my order. It only showed the head of the person’s face. It did not show the whole body just showed all the way up to the waist. It says on the website hundred percent happy but yet still Christian says oh when is that size you can’t get the full body, it doesn’t say that on the website if you get a particular size it doesn’t show the full body. This is misleading. It says 100% satisfaction it’s a bunch of liars. extremely misleading the clerk Christian said oh it could only do the head to the stomach, but it says online 100% satisfaction now if they couldn’t crop it from the head all the way down to the feet I should’ve received a message. Say we can crop a picture because it’s too big, it says on the website Christian says will give you 30% off then five minutes later Christian says will give you a credit of $34.50 becoming this company for years, they’re a bunch of liars first, he says one thing that says something different not about the money. I just open the picture and I showed it to the person and it was like why is it a headshot not about the money but I was disappointed opening up the picture. Do not use this company when they say 100% satisfaction that is a lie 😡 they did nothing to make me happy says on site 100% guarantee we will make it right Christian did nothing to fix it. It’s not good to be lied. I spent over $34 😡 not a single apology
Tried multiple times to upload my photos and it would never take. This website needs to be more user friendly. I got so angry trying to upload my photos I quit and unsubsidized my just created acount.
Poor customer service. I paid for expedited shipping for the holiday, but the flight was delayed. I totally understand that delays in shipping will happen. The problem is that Mpix will not refund my expedited shipping cost. I'm a long-time customer and expected way better support than this. I'm shopping elsewhere in the future.
I ordered 3 20x30 framed photos and spent $642 in total. When my packages arrived, every single frame was smashed up and glass was everywhere inside the box. There was no bubble wrap or fragile stickers on my packages, just cardboard. When I reached out to customer service they said they would re print and re ship my order. Unfortunately, l'm very concerned my next order will arrive in the same condition due to the improper packing of my last order. I would rethink before purchasing anything with glass from Mpix because they don't know how to properly pack fragile orders. I wonder how many other customers have received orders like this.
Also, I feel as if I should have been given some sort of compensation due to the inconvenience of receiving 3 smashed up Christmas gifts. However, customer service said no. They had no regard for the inconvenience this has caused.
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered mugs for gifts, using 3 different designs for different recipients. They made one extra of 1 design, and did not make any mugs with the a specific design. When I emailed to ask them make the one they missed, they would not do it. I had already wrapped the gifts and they refused to remake it unless I unwrapped all 6 mugs and sent a photo. Terrible service.
We recently ordered Christmas cards from the company, and we were disappointed when they arrived. The cards simply didn’t reflect what I had previewed on the site: blurry, no definition. I contacted Mpix, and they helped me identify the problems with picture sizing. They then adjusted the paper type. New, wonderful cards showed up in a matter of a few days. This company really does care about customer satisfaction. I will definitely order from them again and won’t hesitate to reach out to their customer service for help in getting the desired outcome.
I've now used mpix twice at the suggestion of my photographer to make and frame prints. They've done great work at reasonable prices with exceptionally fast delivery of the finished products. I'll use them again if the need arises. A+
The photo enlargements were crisp, clear and vibrant. the photo paper excellent and the delivery was fast. photos were in perfect shape upon delivery and the price was very reasonable.
I have used MPIX in the past for printing my photos. I printed all my daughters pictures from her wedding no problem. Its been a while and the format to upload and chose your photo based on the size is so difficult to navigate. It errors out, then you try to re-load, it deletes and starts over. I almost didn't order it was so difficult. Not sure what they have changed but they need to make it easier. AND i was on my computer not and iphone.
What a wonderful experience. I was able to speak with a responsive and helpful customer representative, and she helped me exceed my own expectations! I printed a huge photo mosaic and the quality was wonderful with a single day turn around. Great value with 1-2 day shipping and quality work, I will use them every time. Use them!
Think twice before spending top dollar at mpix!! Their editor and software is not a good product as it doesn’t allow you to truly proof on your phone - there is no zoom feature and if you’re printing small text you just have to trust the editor. They haven’t vetted the fonts they allow which some print special characters and other don’t but you won’t know which ones do and which ones don’t. I spent a small fortune on signature albums only to receive gibberish characters for special characters that show up in the editor but don’t print. MPIX refused to take responsibility because of the fact that you can proof the text on a desktop but NOT A PHONE!! They should disable it for phones if that is the case. Absolutely awful service and complete waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!
I installed the Mpix app on my iPhone and created an account, then tried to make it work. I gave up before ordering anything. Here’s why . .
1. Needed multiple uploads to complete an album without “error, wrong format on some photos”, even with all jpegs. Alter repeatedly determining the missing photos and reloading only those, it eventually created the full album. Very time consuming.
2. Asks if I want to reload project after “error”, then it doesn’t reload, so need to do the same repeated uploads for the full album.
3. Shows a border on photos, can’t get rid of it.
4. Cannot delete photo in “product uploads”, even duplicates.
5. If aspect is changed for one photo in an album, it changes all the photos.
6. Repeatedly forces me to re-login while navigating in this app.
7. Tried it on my MacBook. Unlike the iPhone which allows selecting pictures from my Photos app, cannot load directly from Photos app on laptop (the same synced pictured as my iPhone), even when clicking on Mpix “Open Photos” button. Had to give up on Mac.
8. Mpix help line is only an email or text chat - useless for all these problems.
I have 15 albums with 6,000 pictures to print. With such a difficult app, I cannot trust Mpix, I’m going somewhere else.
I am so excited and thrilled when switching to Mpix from a decade of going through Costco and prior to that was snapfish. The upgrade on quality from the previous two companies is very obvious and intense. Thank you, I appreciate you guys! I have made two big orders so far and it’s just amazing and consistent.
I have used Mpix for a long time. Not every year but every few years I will put together an order for several hundred dollars worth of products for us and for gifts with my photography. In the past the company was stellar and I never had a reason to complain, but with my last order, it has changed. a $500+ order was one hour photo quality even on the larger prints and canvas. Since I was spending a large amount, I wanted to make sure they would be good, so I viewed my pics on multiple devices and computers and tested them and painstakingly made sure they'd be good quality. In years past, pics would always come back even better than I expected because they used to take extra pride in developing and even doing minor editing. They were the best. I should have know with a quick turn around that had changed. You used to have to wait a bit for your orders, especially during vacation season and Christmas season. My order got here so fast, I was surprised and then I saw why. It was pathetic quality. It's hard to explain, but the high definition of the past is gone from their developing. It looks fake and milky. If you are old enough, do you remember how pictures looked on early ink jets with the photo paper. They looked weird just like these. I've printed off pics on a color copy machine that look better than Mpix.
I contacted them to address the issue on the canvas in particular and was told the 100% satisfaction means they'll reprint the picture to the same standard but won't do anything else. So basically their guarantee is useless. What's the point of reprinting the picture to their new low standard. My original looks nice. Their reproduction looks like something from the dollar store.
