Es una estafa, te copian la tarjeta virtual y en la app quieres dar de baja la suscripción y no te lo permiten, por otro sitio a sus correos que te ponen para cancelar la suscripción tampoco te dan de baja, terminas con tener que hacer una denuncia y después al banco para que te devuelvan el dinero, no lo miréis ni por 0.50 céntimos

Like everyone said its a scam. Here’s how to cancel 1. Log into zolto dashboard 2. Go to subscriptions and cancel the Moyra one. Zolto is a third party partner of Moyra and that’s how you can cancel it. If that doesn’t work contact your bank and block their payments

Biggest Scam ever. I have emailed them three times to cancel my subscription I never agreed to. No one has answered or replied. There is no section in the profile where you can cancel either which makes it so dodgey !!
I am reporting this company for scamming its that bad.

Do not use this company, a £0.50 chart has turned into a subscription that I haven't signed up for and no way to cancel or get a refund. No customer service, total con!

I have deleted my account, contacted the support team TWICE and contacted my bank - This thing is a scam I paid 50p to join with no understanding I would then be charged a series of £8 - for absolutely nothing by the way. And now it’s ridiculously hard to leave!!!!

Sucks.....was supposed to be given all these special reports after the natal chart. The natal chart was decent, so I had no issues with that. However, the rest of the reports never came, and I tried to cancel my subscription several times, and they keep charging me 12.99 a month despite my attempts to cancel and my enails....

Horrible! I have tried to cancel my subscription for a year. I’ve never received a response from the company and they continue to bill my credit card. I have disputed the charges and Moyra sends a “receipt” to the credit card company so I continue to get charged. Totally unethical company!!!

SCAM- You will have to contact your bank to cancel. Report them for fraud.

Customer support will not cancel your subscription, no matter how many requests to send them. They say, “you can cancel your free trial membership on your profile or delete your account.” LIES

Scam. Stole my money from the credit card. Please report these scammers and get a new credit/debit card ASAP.

They don't warn you about the GBP 8.90 Debit, they just do it. Take these steps to safeguard your bank account:

1. Remove your card details from account dot zotlo dot com (Use the same email as you used in Moyra)
2. Then go to subscriptions
3. Click on Moyra Web
4. Remove your payment details

As an added measure, cancel the card used and get a new one. Can't really say who and what has that card detail now.

EASY to SUBSCRIBE but HARD to CANCEL...DON'T RECCOMEND and they show you stuff that's hard to understand

Same as the rest of the reviews, utter scam! Again, 50p for natal chart, then attempted to keep being charged for a monthly subscription I never signed up for. And no response online, apparently my account under my email address doesn't even exist 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is a SCAM!!!! As the other reviews say, you have to log in to the website zotlo to cancel

My story is like everyone else's. I had purchased the .50 natal chart to then unknowingly be charged $12 every month. I emailed incessantly with zero responses and was charged again after my multiple attempts to cancel. STAY AWAY! DO NOT BE FOOLED. I finally had to fight the charge with my credit card company.

SCAM! Complete and utter scam. Wishing I googled before I went ahead.

They get you with the “meh what’s 50 cents for a silly little star chart” mindset. After getting no emails whatsoever I stumbled upon all the reviews and managed to catch it before I was stuck in an on going battle.

One review was incredibly helpful and told you how to cancel - register for ’ZOLTO’ (same email you used to have to chart sent to you) and then find the subscription, cancel and remove card details completely. I also reported the company for forced subscriptions and fraud through the site.

Like everyone else filled out a questionnaire and pad £0.50 for results. Received emails and app login, but unclear how to cancel. Grateful for advice on here which is to go to Zotlo accounts to cancel your subscription.
