I hope you are well. I have had a look back at your correspondence with us via email and can see that your first email query was sent to us on the 2nd of April. The team responded on the same day cross referencing your address and the timeline of your order delivery, as the order was dispatched.

"Hello Laura,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order #309504. I understand your concern about the delay, and I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Your order was placed on the 25th of March 2026, and it was expected to be delivered by the 1st of April 2026. However, it appears that there has been a delay in the dispatch process, and I sincerely apologise for this oversight.

if your order does not arrive by Tuesday please do let me know and I will reship this for you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact me."

From that we have hd no response as of yet. However I can see two new forms of communication from you via Instagram and a second email.

Lets continue communication via email and get your order reshipped out to you once we get a confirmation on your address.

We would also like it if you could reconsider your 2 star review, as we have communicated with you and of course will do everything to ensure your order arrives.

I’m glad to hear you found the wraps easy to apply and liked the overall look, but I’m sorry they weren’t the best fit for your nail size and didn’t last as expected.

For smaller nail beds, we do actually offer XS UV gel strips, which are specifically designed to give a better fit—especially for little fingers—without needing as much trimming. These may give you a much neater finish and help improve overall wear time too.

In terms of lifting and hair catching, this can sometimes happen if the wrap isn’t fully sealed at the edges, but we completely understand it can take a bit of trial and error to get the perfect application.

We really appreciate you giving them a try, and your feedback is super helpful for us to continue improving. Hopefully the XS range could be a better match for you if you decide to give us another go in the future ✨

I’m really pleased to hear that you were impressed with how long the nails lasted, although I’m sorry to hear that the sizing wasn’t quite the right fit for you. As everyone’s nail shape and size can vary, the wraps can sometimes require a little adjustment during application.

If a strip feels slightly too wide, it can usually be gently trimmed or filed down along the sides to better match your natural nail shape. We include multiple sizes in each set to try and accommodate as many nail shapes as possible, but we completely understand that they won’t be a perfect fit for everyone.
