Guy was always friendly and professional and always followed up every question.
We were very happy to compete at the end of June 2025.

I'm extremely disappointed and angry at the experience I have had with this company, more so because I really wanted to use them as I have heard such good things about Andy. I met with Andy on tues 27th May, I made sure I was promp and replied to him straight away when he wanted to confirm our appointment as I wouldn't mess anyone about. We met at my house and I was feeling happy and confident speaking to him and what he had to say and his knowledge in selling houses. He told me that he would then get back to me in regards to our valuation. After a week I did start to wonder when I would hear from him as there had been no communication so I messaged him on his works mobile. There was no reply and after 10 days/ 2 weeks I did start to worry of he was ok and maybe there was a good reason for the lack of communication. I then sent an email to another agent to ask for help but was again ignored. I emailed Andy and tried to ring him, I even put another request on the moving you Web page to request a call back to discuss my valuation but everytime I have been ignored. It took alot of work getting my house ready to be viewed, having to take the time off work and make sure 3 children were also out of the house. Also the fact that Andy messaged me on the day of the appointment to confirm it, but then decided he would completely ignore me after is quite honestly really shocking and disrespectful to me as I would never have let him down and wasted his time. If he was not interested in selling our property for whatever reason a simple email would have been courteous. I had recommended him to my clients as I am in contact with alot of people, but they also will not be using him now as it's impossible for me to recommended this company. It's just all very unnecessary and a really unprofessional way to run a business!

I met Guy along with another estate agent when it came to selecting an agent to help sell our house, and Guy was a clear choice based on his professionalism, the information he provided us, his manner, attitude and comforting demeanour. Selling your house is stressful and everything about Guy’s process including the way he communicated with us when it came to booking in viewings, the explanations he gave to us for any advice he gave, his calmness when sometimes our schedule didn’t fit with potential viewings etc were absolutely brilliant. Guy made the selling of our house an absolute breeze and he sold our house within a week for an excellent price. We could not have been happier with our choice of agent and would absolutely recommend Guy to anyone looking to move in Bristol.

I wanted to make an appointment to view the house. I was contacted the first day. However, they said they would talk to the seller about a suitable day and call me the next day. When I call, I can't reach them. They have been sending me messages for the last 4 days saying they will get back to me at a suitable time. Even though I told them I was expecting your call, they never called back. When you want to call, you can't talk to the person. If this is a difficult situation at first, I can't think about what comes next.

Normally I'd begrudge paying an estate agent fee, especially following the service (or lack of) that I've received previously, however 'Moving You' aren't your normal estate agent. From the very 1st contact with them and right through until completion, Andy from Moving You was on hand at all hours of the day 7 days a week to answer questions and to provide updates. He proactively chased the chain and reported back to me with updates without prompting, and put in a lot of work to ensure a smooth completion for what turned out to be a challenging chain. At the end of the process I was happy to pay the fee and would highly recommend Moving You to anyone who wants to make their next move as stress free as possible.

In two words, what does an Estate Agent need to be? The answer is 'Guy Rolfe'! I don't know what we would have done without him. Moving never seems to be straightforward, but ours was protracted and complicated due to having to marry up the sale of two separate family houses in order to buy just one.
From the initial chats, to the photos being taken, to the viewings, to the prompt voice messages explaining how those viewings had gone, to the chasing up of everyone and everything, Guy was simply superb! He's friendly, humorous, majorly efficient and trustworthy - not a common combination! If we asked a question, it was answered quickly. If we needed someone nudging, Guy had probably already done it.
There is no doubt that Guy stands out in the crowd when it comes to being on the ball. Whilst the estate agents either side of us in the chain fumbled around, went missing for days and kept information that we needed to know to themselves, Guy was open and honest, updating us regularly through our joint Whatsapp group and soothing our worries when things seemed to be falling apart. He knew each of the other Estate Agents in our chain, and all of the Solicitors, too, and often had information that we simply couldn't get for ourselves.
I cannot praise our experience with him enough. This was no cold, hard, only-after-the-cash contract, where we were passed over to different members of a massive team every two seconds. Instead, Guy did everything, working his socks off to ensure everything was as smooth as possible.
I cannot recommend Guy highly enough, and I would urge anyone considering moving to give him a call. Thanks, Guy! You're a star!

Horrifc agents who shouldn’t be in charge of any HMOs they are the definition of frauds. Please if your landlord or tenant do not get with any house with these guys they will provide u an inhabitable property.

Guy was so supportive throughout the whole process. He never failed to return calls and was able to put our minds at rest when we had any worries no matter how small. He gave good advice and was able to gain a higher price for our house than expected. We are unable to fault him.

Guy was extremely professional and helpful throughout our entire process of a flat purchase, would highly recommend. He was prompt to respond to queries and arrange viewings, provided accurate property information with nothing hidden, no "bidding games" were played and our offer was accepted first try. From a buyer's perspective, we have no complaints.

I was really excited about Alex taking on my house to sell, and he seemed so confident that he was going to sell it, by telling me that it's better than other he has sold on the street, and giving me tips on what to do to make people viewing my house, like it better. Alex also advised of a break from being on the market.
Before my house was going live on the market, we had differences of what value it should be. I wanted higher, but Alex was adamant that it should be a certain price. He was also the same with my ex husband. We agreed and I had said to Alex that I would not be taking any offers under a certain value. He said "absolutely, I wouldn't ever tell anyone what offers they need to take" (please remember this for later in my review)
My house eventually went live and I felt quite excited because my house had been on the market with two different agents for a year.
Alex also had the house next door to mine on the market with his independent company. The house next door was under offer, but that didn't last for long as the purchaser lost her buyers. Although this person had already seen my house as well, and put in two offers which were declined by myself and my ex husband, she wanted to see mine again. When this person was in a position to put in an offer on my house again, she did, £15,000 under the price my house was on for, which was "offers over" As this person had offered more on the house next door (which needed more work, but no disrespect to the house next door) The offer was declined once again from myself and my ex husband.
Alex wanted us to meet the person who had put in offers in on my house, because I had concern that the person had never said one positive thing about my house. A meeting was set up, and we were told (by Alex) that we were not to discuss finances... The meeting went well ish, we spoke about our previous agent (as he was the first agent who had shown this person around my house) He said that this agent had left, but this is not true, because I still had the person's phone number, so i asked...) at the end of it, Alex came back into the house and said, "if we didn't agree to this sale," then he would be "stepping away" We were also told by Alex that our house was no better than any other he had sold for the same price. I said that we should agree to disagree on this, because that's not what he said when he took my house on!
The next day, the person put in another offer, which was the same as the week previous. When I spike to Alex, we ended up having an argument in which he asked "why was I wasting his time" He raised his voice down the phone, he bad mouthed the other agents whom my house had been on the market with, also saying that he was the only agent who knew the area, when I spoke and said about another agent knew the area well as he was born and raised in my area, and had friends in the street, Alex said that it wasn't true...
I don't like to be spoken to the way Alex spoke to me.
I needed some cooling off days, without speaking to Alex, so after the weekend I sent a message to Alex asking him to walk away, like he said he would, so that we could move on. I've never known an estate agent to walk away after 5/6 weeks, it's just all so strange, but relations had broken down and for myself, I certainly couldn't move forward with Alex, so i was happy for him to walk away.
The story does not end there... Alex sent a message on the WhatsApp group saying that the person who had put in the offers wanted until Friday to think about a higher offer. Friday came and the offer still came way below what we want.
Everyone departed and we have now moved on, thankfully!

Excellent experience working with Guy who recently sold my property. Guy is extremely honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. He really does have his customers best interests at heart. I would recommend using Guy again and again.
