The best moving company ever! It was great from start to finish. They are quick to answer questions and go all out for the customer. Speedy, friendly, efficient yet careful with all of our items. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Brilliant service. If you’re hoping for flexibility, helpfulness, useful knowledge and good ideas then Talal has it all.

With Talal’s help I even saved £50 a month on storage by recognising we could get a smaller unit. Brilliant.

Great experience of Talal and his colleague at Moveroo. They took great care moving our belongings, adding extra layers of protection to fragile equipment and did an amazing logistical job of cleverly fitting everything into our cosy storage unit! I was in need of new moving men and van as my main go to on letted me down. I was given a few recommended business cards from one of person and Moveroo happened to be one of the cards. I called all of the business cards, Moveroo was not only affordable for myself and was the only one available on a Sunday morning.
I spoke to a gentleman named Talal over the phone a day before the move, I then wound up meeting him in person on the moving day as he was the driver and he also brought another gentleman named Aris to help him out.
From start til finish Talal & Ari were wonderful on the care taken of handling my belongings, I didn't expect to communicate much whilst on the road to my destination but Talal made the whole experience a delight and make me want to use the Moveroo service again in the near future.

Talal was amazing during my moving! He was punctual, super helpful and very friendly and polite :) I will definitely use his service again in the future!

if you are looking to move homes then this is the company i highly recommend for you to choose because the experience i have had is stress free. the staff are really polite and always willing to help. the van was neatly and safely packed with all my goods protected and in perfect condition once unloaded into my house 5 stars top guys

I would highly recommend NOT using this company! After quoting for the time it would take and confirming the cost of our move I paid the deposit. Following this every correspondence I received new charges were added they even added a potential of 4 additional hours on to how long they said it would take, all additional costs. Additional costs for moving, mattresses, furniture and heavy boxes upstairs of a standard house!!! Absolute joke, we’ve had to cancel 6 days before we move as we can’t trust this company and of course no deposit back even though it was them that changed the original agreement!!! We put all of our concerns into an email and received a two word email response! Really bad customer service, I feel like we’ve been scammed!

I am absolutely disgusted by all the lies in your response to my review. You added money on to our booking with every phone call we had with you after we paid the deposit and this is why we cancelled because we felt we couldn't trust you! We never demanded our deposit back, another lie! We actually didn’t want to give you any further personal details to pay it back as again we didn’t trust you!

Talal and his team were amazing from start to finish. They were super supportive, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to be in the company of. Moving is obviously stressful, but Talal really put our mind at rest, told us not to worry, and made sure all of our belongings were handled and secured safely. He even organised our storage room to get the most out of it. I can't recommend these guys highly enough, and will always use them in future.

I wish I could give more stars. We used Moveroo today and it was amazing. The communication beforehand and putting my mind at rest was just out of this world. You cannot get any better! Just like speaking with a great friend that you have known for years
