Exercises are different from the norm so if whatever you've been doing isn't working, which was my experience, try these. Genuine, straightforward, easy to follow and complete. Not as refined as other Apps, but for me, it's the quality of the content that's important. So having this content pulled together in such a concise, time-efficient way more than compensates for a sleeker interface.

Trustable company and the program is great! Easy to follow the videos in the app, and it works! I have EDS hypermobility with lots of pain, but this helps the body more to balance and increases functionality.
