I moved in January from Vienna to England. Right from the very beginning Pavel and the other staff were extremely helpful if I had any questions and got back to me straight away.
The move itself was excellent. The driver came at the estimated time and also delivered it at the estimated time.

Excellent customer service
I would highly recommend Movega for any removals. I used them for my 3-bed move from London, UK to Stockholm, Sweden. From my first contact with Drago, communication was efficent and very clear. The quote I got was very competitive compared to the 3 other companies I looked at.
Drago walked me clearly through the customs process and requirements, and gave me tips on packing and weighing my belongings. On both the pick up day and the delivery day, I was kept up to date on arrival times by phone.
My main contact was Drago and I felt taken care of throughout the process. He really made the whole move as stress-free as possible. The thing I appreciated most about Movega was that they have excellent 7 days a week coverage. So even when I was speaking to someone other than Drago, they were fully up-to-date with my case and could provide me with relevant info and service.

Expert organisation
Expert organisation from Drago and his team to get all my things moved from the UK to Spain without problems on the road or at customs. I had to change the size of the load a few times but they were happy to re-quote and let me know the costs every step of the way.
The driver struggled a bit with the van on the streets outside the apartment in the city since this was very tight. Unfortunately he couldn't help with unloading upstairs because he had to move to clear the road. Fortunately though, Movega refunded me the money that I spent on the physical assistance so that's a testament to their customer service.
They were also competitively priced for moving an entire van of items.

I would highly recommend this company. After 25 years of living in London, we decided to move to Spain, We were very apprehensive about the move, but Boris took great care of us, guiding us through the whole process. The drivers, led by Tomasz, were also fantastic; prompt, very quick, and extremely helpful. Even when we made an error at our end unable to find some items that were sentimental to us (which we then found a few days later) Philip, bless him, went above and beyond to help and to try and locate the items for us, showing much care and compassion. Movega - UK to Spain
We arranged for Movega to transport our contents from UK to Spain in Jan 2026. We had an excellent experience all round. Pavel was very communicative and prompt to deal with any queries and issues we faced, including changing contents lists and requirements for additional assistance with loading. Our driver was also very communicative during the journey and very helpful on arrival to help unload. Customs team also very knowledgeable. Movega were the most competitive on price compared to a few other companies and I assumed the level of service would be somewhat sacrificed but certainly not. I would use them again for another move. Best international move I’ve had – smooth, reliable, and stress-free
I had a great experience with Movega Rentals and would highly recommend them.
I moved around 15 m³ from London to Madrid, which can be quite stressful, especially when everything is arranged one or two months in advance. From the very beginning, I felt they were always one step ahead, keeping in touch and making sure everything was clear and under control.
A special mention to Drago, who guided me throughout the entire process. We had very clear calls at each stage, and I always felt well informed and supported. This made a huge difference in terms of peace of mind.
The truck had plenty of space, more than enough for the load. On moving day, everything went perfectly. The driver, Stefan, was excellent: fast, professional, and careful. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Overall, this was the best moving experience I’ve had. Everyone spoke native English, despite being a Bulgarian company, and they clearly know this UK–Spain route very well. I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. On the day our belongings were due to arrive I had an accident so wouldn’t be able to help the driver, I rang and let them know and with 2 hours notice they had 2 more men to help with the move.
