MoveAgain Recenzje 

Ich habe vor 2 Jahre eine Umzug für moveagain gemacht, und ich habe meine geld immer noch nicht bekommen, ich versuche mit Anwalt klären.

Cette entreprise sont des escrocs !!!! Ils nous ont fait pour plus de 5000.- de dommages et les 3 employés (qui ne parlaient pas un mot de français) ont fait pression à ma femme, pour qu'elle signe un document en allemand qu'ils ont pris le soin de compléter PAR APRES en indiquant qu'il n'y avait aucuns dommages alors qu'elle avait essayé d'appeler une 10aine de fois le responsable sans réponses. (Bizzare, les 3 jours avant il répondait à la première sonnerie). Des vingtaines d'appels et d'e-mails sans réponses. Ils nous ont défoncés nos escaliers, notre piano, nos murs....
Les déménageurs étaient des sous traitants d'une soixantaine d'année qui ne pouvaient pas en avant.
De gros gros gros ESCROCS!!!!!!!!!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann dieses Umzugsunternehmen von Herzen Empfehlen!
Sie sind sehr Freundlich, entgegenkommend, herzlich, zuverlässig und alles geht unkompliziert von statten und wird nach den Wünschen des Kunden angepasst.
Wer einen angenehmen und stressfreien Umzug möchte ist hier Richtig :)

I hired MoveAgain to clean my 3-level house in Switzerland to typical Swiss standards with a cleaning handover guarantee and paid an additional cost for power cleaning of exterior tiles. MoveAgain sent 6 people to clean the house in one day, assuring me this was possible. The contract stipulated that a cleaning representative had to be present the next day at 8:00 for the handover (28.03.2024). This person had not shown up by the time I had to leave at 8:45, and MoveAgain never said whether he met with the agents from the property management company (who agreed to wait until 9:00). The management company mistakenly emailed an acceptance protocol stating the house was in order and no cleaning defects had been noted, which was not the case because some cleaning problems (including dirty windows) were shown to me at the handover. I emailed MoveAgain on the 28th that a 2nd cleaning was needed, but after receiving the incorrect protocol, they wrote on 02.04 that they would not do one. So, the managment company, without informing me or correcting their protocol, hired another company for the 2nd cleaning (and a 3rd one a month later) and have refused to return my security deposit of almost 17K unless I pay for the additional cleanings, which I have refused. At a later date they claimed that the MoveAgain representative had refused on site to do a second cleaning, but MoveAgain has not told me if that is true or not. On 18.04 MoveAgain offered to reimburse me for at least the cost of cleaning all windows inside and outside. Since I gave them this information, MoveAgain has not paid me nor answered any of my emails. After I called and was promised that a contact person would return my call, my repeated calls to MoveAgain are always disconnected. MoveAgain did not honor their contract and written promise, and I have to wait one year for my deposit (money that I need now), assuming the management company does not sue me for the extra cleaning costs.
MoveAgain should return all of my money because inadequate cleaning and the failure of their representative to be there at 8 am caused this problem, which has caused me a lot of stress and time.

Es kam zu keinem Auftrag, aber das Telefongespräch war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Definitiv zu empfehlen. Über die Ausführung der Arbeit kann ich nichts sagen, stell mir jedoch auch das sehr positiv und empfehlenswert vor.

Extrem nett, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und mehr als faire Preise.
Bin schon zweimal umgezogen mit MoveAgain und beides mal hat es super geklappt!

Haben denn Umzug von meiner Mutter gemacht Der von der Pflegekasse bezahlt würde .

Die Mitarbeiter waren pünktlich zum genannten zeitpunkt vor ort und der ganze Umzug ging ohne Probleme über der Bühne

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent moving experience. While I appreciate your team's efforts, there were a few aspects that I believe need improvement. Firstly, there was a two-hour delay in the arrival time, which caused some inconvenience. Additionally, it seemed that only two workers were initially present, and this led to some extra waiting time as they had to return for the rest of the team.

Furthermore, I noticed that some of my furniture had acquired scratches during the moving process. I understand that accidents can happen, but I believe there might be room for improvement in handling delicate items more carefully.
