Excellent Service from Ben

Ben was extremely helpful and walked me through every step of the deal. I was allowed to test drive the car at my own leisure. I was given all the options ranging from just the car to the premium package. Ben even stayed in contact with me on his days off and reserved the car as soon as I was ready.

Ben the Superstar Sales Exec

Ben the Sales rep was absolutely amazing. Very professional, courteous and accommodating. His customer service delivery was flawless. I was indeed whaooed! I will recommend anyone coming to Motor Trust Garstang to seek him out.

First Class dealership

Mark Black looked after me with total professionalism and also humour in the purchase of my new car. I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a car 👏

Not reputable.

I would advise caution when dealing with this dealership.

We paid a £200 deposit for a vehicle over the phone. At the time of payment, no terms were provided stating that the deposit was non-refundable. We had actually intended to proceed via Auto Trader’s £99 refundable deposit option, but were encouraged to pay £200 directly to them instead.

We agreed to collect the car on 14 March, however the dealership contacted us on 12 March to cancel as the vehicle was not ready due to required repairs. We have contemporaneous evidence of all this.

When we later requested our deposit back, we were told it was non-refundable, despite this not being mentioned or agreed beforehand. The salespeople were reasonable enough to deal with. But the manager rang back and was extremely rude saying we had wasted his time etc. We were then told that if we wanted the money, we would need to collect it in person. This approach felt intimidating and made us uncomfortable, particularly as my mother is an elderly woman.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor communication, lack of transparency around terms, and the vehicle not being ready as agreed.
