Nice low mileage car reasonably priced except for the transfer fee on inspection I pointed out some faults that were rectified before leaving with the car plus I was promised on the phone when 1st asking about the car that it would have a full service which was not done but it has been booked in to be carried out.
I was told that it had been fully valeted but although clean inside I’d did not have the feel or smell of a freshly valeted car & the paint was dull with no lustre which was also rectified. All points were covered once pointed out but they should have been completed before I picked the car up.

Lovely experience. Not rushed or harassed while looking at cars. All staff helpful and knowledgeable (also honest and fair). Such a quick turnaround in seeing, test driving and collecting my new car. Will definitely use again! Highly recommended Stockton on Tees branch.

Very easy process from start to finish, very laid back atmosphere, Shane couldn't of been more helpful, if the after sales is as good as the process of buying our car I will be very impressed.

Thank you to Charlie Newton for helping me chose a car, arranging for the car to be transported from Glasgow and completing all the necessary documentation for me on collection. Very pleased with the customer service from all the staff at Stockton- on Tees. Cars immaculately displayed and able to look round without being pestered by sales persons.

I was undecided on whether to buy a manual or automatic, Geoff at the Stockton branch arranged for us to test drive both, went for a manual in the end. Car was prepped to a good standard and was available to drive away the same day if we wanted. The price was competitive. Pick up was quick and easy. The only minor issue is that I was unable to access motor points online portal so was unable to get my final invoice, I emailed Geoff for a paper copy but have not received one.

Great service left alone to browse through all cars and when u need the staff there’s no wait they are there to help and advise u on your vehicle you are looking at more to the point felt no pressure into buying my car what so ever loads of different choices at a good price

Brandon was excellent and patient with us when we moved the goalposts and bought a different car.
All the paperwork was sorted without delay .
All staff we spoke to were helpful.
