Very welcoming
Very welcoming, we came for a test drive and just to see what a particular car was like decided it wasn’t for us but then sat down with the salesman and came up with another option that suited us better. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that the car we brought developed an oil leak within three days which made a mess of our drive, Motorpoint did the simple repair under warranty but as the vehicle had been serviced by them it should have been picked up before ruining our drive!

The member of staff who looked after us Josh was very professional helpful and listened to what we required in a very relaxed manner . Also when we picked the car up Sam looked after us and was very helpful and sorted all the relevant paper work out , all round excellent service.

Keep clear from these rob dogs. The salesman don't care about you just your money. Customer service is just as bad 👎. They say one thing then change there mind. Tne manager on the day I visited was rude and not bothered whith customer care. The cars are over priced and a lot of them come from auctions . Better deals elsewhere with Customer care.

Josh was great from the moment we walked in the door to the moment I drove away in my car.
I like how you go to them and you don’t have sales people following you around and you can browse in your own time. Then if you need someone they are right there ready to answer any questions.
Josh looked after us all the way through and he was superb. I had a slight issue with paint on the car and it was sorted within days. He kept me up to date along the way and couldn’t do enough. My car was immaculate when I picked it up. Really really happy with everything.
