Dash mat is horrible quality, edges breaking in less than a year. Dash mat also has stained my dash I emailed them to be told that’s your problem, you got no proof that it wasn’t damaged before so I sent proof it wasn’t damaged to then just be left on delivery Worst customer service and even worse product. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The covers dont fit despite buying 'custom covers' they are a universal fit drop shipped from china. They are really poor quality, Ive had better from Repco's most budget universal seat covers.

Ordered $300 car seat covers and floor mats that were meant to be “tailored to my car” “perfect fit” and to say the LEAST very disappointed not only do the car seats not even fit my car but the floor mats are definitely not made for my car either, I contacted them they said their meant for my car so I ordered, tried to fit them and definitely not right, I contacted again and got no response, $300 down the drain, save your money go else where!

Ordered cleaning products before Xmas for a present. Feb 26 update box is “ damaged” so they returned to sender. Very kind offered a third credit note to shop. Very suspicious when ordered as tracking no wasn’t valid. If you happy to throw away your money then highly recommend

Do not buy from this company. Extremely poor fitting , terrible returns policy. Say they are custom made . This is a lie . Will not provide full refund .
The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Have no intention of refunding. Want me to send photos of poor fit and get me to go to someone who can help me fit them . Off only 60% refund .

Zero Stars - Do Not Buy!
I purchased an expensive model car listed as 'new'. The item arrived covered in grease and extensively damaged. I immediately reached out and they admitted it was damaged before sale and apologised for their mistake. On return of the item, wasting my time for a refund, they 'inspected' it and stated it was more damaged than when they sold it and disputed the refund. Their claim is completely false and questions my integrity. In addition it completely ignores the fact they sold a damaged item as 'new' in the first instance! I've never dealt with a more didhonest seller. Do not buy from this shop!

Supplied a dash mat that is absolutely rubbish and doesn't fit the car. While the service was helpful prior to purchase, it's been absolutely rubbish after the issue about the wrong product/fit (except to advise they are "following up with the manufacturer".

Photos supplied to the company show the fit is terrible and nothing lines up with the dash joins. It seems like it's for another vehicle, but in any case looks horrible and has been taken out of the car. I'd rather none at all than this utter rubbish.

We gave the company an opportunity to resolve this prior to writing the review.

Don’t ever buy from Motoquipe. I ordered car mats for e36 and they forgot my order. Messages them and got the mats after 4weeks, only to find they are not premium grade and they don’t fit. They have sent me the wrong ones. Trying to get a refund after weeks and sending them pics etc. had to log a refund with PayPal. Keep away from this dodgy company.

We had a warranty issue he kept us informed the whole way through and was so professional and proactive
I wish all in customer service had Robert’s ethics and was like him

You advertise as black duck canvas set covers and you sent cheep knock offs version

Very prompt with processing my order and it arriving.

Good knowledge of the products reasonable price.
How to fit the covers was also well done seeing it 3 times also assisted.

All good - being a universal fit - it's not perfect but OK.

Very helpful and followed up. Shipping was quick.

I got told twice delivery was going to be a week ago while i was in town so i didnt change it. Now the seatcovers didnt arrive in time and i left to head back home to queensland with no seatcovers. Now i have to find a way to get them up here.
