Andrei who helped us pick our car was outstanding. He was able to provide us with information, searches and help us with the car we wanted with the price we could afford. I had him up the wall to say the least however he was calm, patient and allowed us ask as many questions as possible. 100% would refer anyone to go see him if your thinking if purchasing a new car

They sell bikes which are not fit for…
They sell bikes which are not fit for purpose on the road hence why the parts department is the most in demand service and you can never get parts. Sold me a new bike which fell apart after the first service, I was involved in a big crash due to the front wheel failing on the bike and coming loose, showed little remorse or care to help resolve situation and I had to go through dispute services. I have nothing positive to say, any company willing to roll a dice with your life due to poor quality bikes is not worth it, should be zero stars.

Sorted out eventually
I bought a scooter from a Sym Dealer and signed up to Motogb to enable me to view relevant information and register my warranty against my vehicle. Every time I try to link my account to my bike, I get the message, "Vehicle found but does not match your personal data. Ask your dealer to update your personal details and email address according to your registered myMotoGB account." I have spoken to my dealer and they say there is nothing they can do. I have tried contacting Motogb online via email and via their online forms, but as yet, a couple of months on, have more or less given up on ever hearing from them.
Update: Okay, so I have now heard from them and once again been referred to dealer. It turns out that the dealer had put their own email address down next to owner of bike, instead of mine, so they have now sorted it.

this is review for friend of mine bought 125gp in march its been with the dealer for weeks then got sent up to moto gp hq speedo not working he got it back last week rode it 100 metres speedo not working again the service by these people are outrageous I honestly don't know how the hell they are getting away with this? they are now being taken to ourt for full refund not fit for purpose

Warning ,Bought a new RA gp 300s. After 18 months I noticed my paint starting to blister, took it back to my dealer he said he would get it sorted, fast forward 9 months with numerous visits to my dealer and countless emails to Motogb was told there was nothing they can do.
Awful time dealing with these robbers selling me a substandard scooter, so much for buying British, what a joke company. I now have to take them to court. Buy a vespa instead.
Terrible company
Ive made many orders with this company as Unfortunately this is the only place i can get parts for my motorbike.
My last order i was adding things to my cart that all said they were in stock so i expected a relatively quick dispatch and delivery but a week on and im only going to get half my order i asked there live chat and was told it would be delivered to them a week later and now that this week has come im now being told 7-10 days again
Communication between the company and customers is slow
And the site needs a lot of work to fix apparent stock problems

Bought a motorcyle part from this outfit of cowboys about a month ago and received the wrong item. Have e mailed them several times since 6 June and still awaiting for a reply. Worst customer service I have ever received, people like this are a disgrace and should not be allowed to trade.
Zero communication
I placed a parts order on their website on 14 Jun 22 from the United States . Today is 24 Jun 22. To date I’ve sent 6 messages requesting a tracking number for the parts I’ve ordered and paid for. To date I have yet to receive “any” acknowledgment they’ve even received my communication. While I got an immediate email confirming my order, that was like an automated response and I’ve not been contacted regarding a shipping confirmation or tracking information. This is disappointing and wholly unacceptable.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Emails rarely answered and if they are they are abrupt and vague. Some of the motorcycle dealers associated with them act in the same way. Parts can take months with supply issues being blamed, but no apology or updates on progress. Avoid.

tried phoning Potteries motorcycles repeatedly for last 3 weeks,no one answers.I went to the shop in person yesterday and stood at the reception area for 20 mins,totally ignored,there appears to be a total lack of customer service here and I will take my custom elsewhere.

Not the best company customer service…
Not the best company customer service as they don’t reply to emails or phone calls. Have tried to cancel an order before it was sent out and was ignored so then they take the money and then send the goods anyway, so then try to contact them again and ignored yet again. Would advise caution with this company as they don’t seem to be very customer focused and more about the money.
