Finally, a garage management system that actually makes sense
MotoDesk has made running our workshop so much easier. Everything we need is in one place — customers, vehicles, jobs, estimates, invoices, parts and payments — and the system is straightforward to use without feeling overloaded.
What I really like is how much time it saves on everyday admin. Creating estimates and invoices is quick, keeping track of jobs is much easier, and having the customer and vehicle history available instantly makes a huge difference.
The platform feels modern, fast and clearly designed around how garages actually work rather than just being generic business software.
The support has also been excellent — responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in feedback and improving the product.
We’ve tried other ways of managing the workshop before, but MotoDesk is by far the most convenient solution we’ve used. I’d definitely recommend it to any independent garage or workshop looking to get more organised and spend less time on paperwork.
