Great customer service. I ordered a bottom end rebuild kit and transmission bearings for my drz and all got delivered within 3 days. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Good, pro-active packing. An item I ordered was out of stock so a replacement was sent "in place of" due to the price match and a refund offered if preferable. No need to wait around for a refund just to order again.

Very happy with the service received.
Was able to identify the correct parts despite the the bike being a small wheel which caused a few problems… I was unable to solve this issue without the help and guidance from the team.
Very clear, polite and helpful.
The gentleman who was dealing with my requests was fantastic and called me on a couple of occasions to double check my order and keeping me updated.
My initial email request was not responded to but after a follow up email the service received has been 1st class.
Because of the great service I believe the fact that my first email was missed is likely to be a honest, genuine mistake.
