I had problems with my delivery - wrong postcode. I contacted Mother Root, and had an email reply within a day, advising that another had been sent via a different carrier, and that should my original appear, to keep it on the house. It hasn't (yet), but superb customer service. The replacement has arrived

Outstanding customer service. Mother Root went out of their way to make sure I got my items. The first package went astray and the second one was returned by the post office as I was away and couldn't collect it on time. But mu items were replaced immediately and even sent to an alternative address to help me out. I have received my lovely Ginger drink and soda waters. Will be enjoying it over Christmas! Cannot recommend it enough.Thank you so much for all you did to ensure I got my items! X

Mother Root is excellent. A tasty and substantial drink that is a superb alternative to alcohol.

My parcel arrived with most of the contents missing, and the assistant promptly ordered more for me, which was great.

I gave constructive feedback on the packaging and delivery service, but this was ignored. This was disappointing; if a customer makes the effort to help, then their feedback should be both acknowledged and valued. I also later sent a link to a helpful documentary that I had since come across, which was about delivery companies, but two days later, that has yet to be acknowledged.

Below this review, it states that it is unprompted, but that wasn’t the case!

Second to none fantastic customer service.

Struggled to get a discount code to be accepted, and end of day was the deadline. I emailed CS that evening, but didn’t expect a response, as it wouldn’t have been read until the next day, after the offer had ended.
Delighted with a quick response the next day with an amended code and ordered my offer.

Absolutely Love it! It’s stopped me reaching for my G&T. I add 1 measure with ice and 2 tonics - really great. Best non alcoholic drink I have ever tasted. Well done Mother Root 🤩

Excellent drink, perfect alternative when you don’t want alcohol, healthy too, it would be great if it was an option in pubs and bars, hugely better than non alc drinks and sickly soft drinks. No issues with delivery from main company ordered one day delivered the next - perfect! Highly recommend.

This drink made me feel better when recovering from flu within half an hour or so. It is very refreshing with the soda water and is as good as I'd hoped having not been impressed with zero alcohol gin or prosecco.

Thank you so much for super speedy delivery with well considered packaging and Wowsers I love the drink … have recommended to three teetotallers but I’m honestly planning how I can sneak it into restaurants over Christmas to reduce my alcohol intake 10/10 would highly recommend and then some 🥰

Unfortunately the packaging I received my bottle in was not fit for purpose and my bottle fell out and smashed on the floor. I reported this immediately to the support team and I received an immediate response and promise of areplacement.. I look forward to receiving my bottle

My parcel was shipped efficiently by Mother Root and EVRI confirmed they had it but it never arrived at my house. MR replaced my order and sent via Royal Mail which I did receive. Excellent customer service by MR for their amazing product.

Sadly I am dissapointed with this product. It reminds me of real ginger beer grown of a root at home! I have heart burn and indigestion after 25mls with tonic. I am not convinced the free measure iscreally worth £19!!
Shame I have been so excited with the hype. Not for me.

I became concerned about the long delay of my delivery following an email that the order had been despatched and sent an email. It was very quickly answered by Sophie, who explained to me that the post office was very busy following Black Friday and that my delivery cost was being refunded. However, shortly afterwards I learned that there was movement in the delivery system and I received my parcel today. It is very well packaged and arrived intact.
