The entire Mortimers team were super efficient and assisted with every step of the way! Chloe - Bburn branch manager explained all from the initial steps to ensuring I was happy with the way all was handled. Special mention to my assigned negotiator Leaonie - excellent with the entire process chasing others and her comms were excellent. Reduced some of the stress of buying /selling houses as they promised. Previously I used mortimers 20yrs ago and although theyre now part of a larger chain, they impressed and did all they promised when appointing them! Well worth the money and wouldnt hesistate to recommend. They basically do what they promise plus more! Thanks Mortimers!

Grace Bleasdale was a calm and reassuring presence throughout the whole selling process. She was friendly and professional and her communication was excellent. I wiuld request her for any transaction.

Excellent service. Would highly recommend using Mortimers. I used the Blackburn team when selling my property and Lewis was exceptional - he updated me after every viewing and went above and beyond in order to get my house sold in the most stress free and hassle free way as possible. A very good experience.

I have to say the staff have been wonderful from arranging our viewings at the start of our house buying journey right through to completion. Communication from my solicitor was non existent and Mortimers filled that gap and liased with the seller's solicitor to keep us informed of everything that was happening! Would highly recommend Mortimers.

Great experience selling our house with Mortimers. Leaoni was excellent. Always chasing feedback after viewings and updating me after each one. Also great at pushing through the sale and keeping the solicitors moving! Very efficient from start to finish.

Right from the get-go, Charlotte was completely across it. Consistent proactive communication - we never had to chase her for anything. It wasn't always a straightforward purchase, but Charlotte was pivotal to getting us across the line. Thankyou so much!

Absolutely no hesitation in giving Mortimer's a review. Brilliant service from start to finish. We sold our property back in April 25 with Mortimer's in Blackburn ,put our belongings in storage and started looking for our new house. After searching with loads of estate agents it was Mortimer's who found the house we wanted. The second we walked in the sales person said I knew you would love this house, she wasn't wrong.
I can't single any staff out as they are all the same a great team looking after there client's wether your selling or buying, there commitment is the same. Brilliant service superb advice. Thank you so much paul

Made selling my mothers property

We had an excellent experience with Mortimers Accrington when selling our old house and buying our new one. Despite a few unavoidable delays outside their control, the team, especially Grace, provided outstanding service. Grace kept us informed at every step, communicating clearly and promptly, which made the process so much smoother. Their professionalism and dedication shone through, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend their services!

Ben, Charlotte and Mia at Mortimers Clitheroe have been great throughout the buying and selling process. Very friendly, polite, professional, extremely helpful and kept me fully informed from start to completion. I would highly recommend Mortimers, Clitheroe.
Thank you

Very helpful and responsive when we had any queries.
Would definitely use Mortimers if selling my property in the future.

Lewis kept me up to date with every step of the way and also helped in completing the sale when things were getting complicated. I would definitely refer Mortimers and Lewis to my friends and family.
Mohammad Ch

Lewis at Mortimers in Blackburn worked extremely hard to get our sale through.
He was always helpful and ready and happy to take our phone calls which meant alot during the frustrating times of moving house.
I would recommend Mortimers anytime.

Thank you to Grace Bleasdale at Mortimers for dealing with the sale of my mums bungalow. It was not an easy process as we had previously been let down by a private buyer.
Grace ensured we got the best price possible and helped when at times it did get quite stressful.
Grace kept us informed at all stages of the process.
I would recommend Mortimers to use for purchase & sale of your property

Fantastic communication from start to finish! Grace B was professional, friendly and always went the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free for us. I would highly recommend Grace and the team at the Accrington branch.

From beginning to end Mortimers did a good job. I sold my house and bought another all with the help of Mortimers. Grace in particular was always there to help with any questions I had and also to secure a good price for my property. Jennifer was really helpful and kind when doing the viewings both with selling and purchase. She gave me extra time when I needed it. So thankyou very much to Grace and Jennifer and also Emily and Everyone at Mortmers, a very good Estate Agents.

Couldn’t have wished for a better experience selling my house with Mortimers. Communication was excellent and Grace kept in touch with us all the way through the process and was so lovely and helpful.
Mortimers aren’t the cheapest out there but but the professional and friendly service they provide takes so much stress away it’s worth every penny.

We initially went with Mortimers as this is who we purchased our house off. I couldn't be more pleased. From the beginning the communication was great with arranging viewings ect & once the house was sold and throughout the sale Alexandra was amazing at providing updates on the sale and chasing things that needed to be chased on both ends of the chain. In my experience she went above and beyond for what i would expect from a estate agent. Thankyou

We had the pleasure of getting Alexandra's help with purchasing our first home! She was lovely, kept us updated and helped us with any queries we had. I can only praise Alex & Mortimers for making the process smooth for it being our first time and being unsure on so many things! Appreciate all the
help.
