First time using Mortimer's to sell a property, they gave us a valuation way above what I was expecting and they managed to find us a buyer in no time at all, for that price. I unfortunately ran in to a LOT of issues with solicitors along the way, but Leaoni made sure everyone was updated, kept in touch regularly with me too, helped where possible with the issues I was facing, and was even just there for me to cry to or have a rant to when it all got too much. Considering everything that happened, plus my personal circumstances, you have no idea how much those phone calls meant.

Great experience with this estate agents recently. Just used them for a house move and they were brilliant. Kept us informed along the way and nothing was too much trouble for them. They sorted out all the viewings for us, evenings and weekends included. Shout out to Veda, who was very helpful in making sure everything came together in the end. Great surprise upon completion was the gift box we recieved with the new keys which included some supplies and an envelope of vouchers to help with furnishing our new home. Was a really nice touch. They were very good with the photos of the house we were selling and floor plan was very professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell/buy a property.

Excellent, friendly service and good advice

Our purchase was being handled by Mortimer’s and we had Alex coordinating our sale. From the beginning, we couldn’t have asked for more. We were able to view the property as soon as it went on the market in order to accommodate our availability. Any questions we had were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Queries between the chain/solicitors etc were chased up immediately to ensure things moved swiftly. I would have no hesitation with using Mortimers in the future and would highly recommend them.

I'd highly recommend Mortimers Accrington and Alex in particular. In what ended up being a tricky chain for our house sale, Alex went above and beyond to make sure all elements in the chain were updated and chased where applicable.
They're are cheaper alternatives out there, however as we saw, you get what you pay for in this instance as the cheaper agents were nowhere to be seen when the going got tough.
