I was really disappointed with the people who put your boards up, I had to take it down as the shoved it into my hedge and ruined the hedge, then after one of the viewings an agent left my front door unlocked overnight whilst I was working away.

I dealt with Veda at the Blackburn Branch, She updated me every step of the sale and this made the process easier.

Due to being messed about with a potential buyer, Mortimers did all they could to pursue another buyer quickly.

Great team at Mortimers in Accrington. Alex and Matt were super helpful and just good people. It made the first time buying process that bit easier and using Ryan and Laura from the MAB who are right next to Mortimers meant that they could just drop by their desk. The whole team helped us move in just over 10 weeks which was great. Thank you for all your hard work in helping making it as stress-free as possible and thank you for the gift box! We would definitely recommend their services. Thanks again, Will & Bliss

Excellent service Lewis was very very helpful and the rest of the team.

During the sale of our property from the valuation to completion we have been kept informed as to the progress of the sale. Alex was always available for any questions we needed answering and was always professional and pleasant to speak with.

We were first time buyers and completely new to the process, Grace helped us along the way and was very supportive and informative. It’s been a great journey and we will definitely consider Mortimers again in the future.

Thankyou to Grace, Matt and the team for ensuring a speedy, smooth process.

Recently sold and purchased a property with Ada, she was so helpful and quick to respond and resolve any issues or questions. Really happy with our service, thanks again!

Recently sold my property with Mortimers, excellent service from start to finish, everyone was friendly, informative and professional. Veda went above and beyond with my property, I can’t thank her enough for everything she did especially towards the end of the sale ,the solicitors (Watson Ramsbottom ) and our mortgage advisor (Kayleigh Bowe) provided an amazing service also would highly recommend all of them.

I would like to say a massive thanks to Ada who dealt with our sale, she was professional throughout and communicated well during the process.
I highly recommend Mortimer’s and Chloe who manages the Blackburn branch.

Veda and the team were excellent in all areas of the sale and importantly communication was fantastic!!

Mortimers were so helpful with my mums house arranging and accompanying all the viewings and despite the long process of completing the sale they stayed in contact throughout . Veda and Ayisha deserve a special mention for all their help during the process.

Great staff.
Thanks to both Matt’s,Grace,Jonny,Alex and Emmy.

I recently purchased a property through Mortimers and cannot praise everyone enough. From the initial viewing of the property with Chris to completion, all the staff that I had interaction with were really helpful and friendly. In particular Veda and Ben who most definitely went above and beyond to ensure all parties in the chain were kept fully informed throughout the process. Definitely recommend *****

I would highly recommend Mortimers as they are professional at every stage and are extremely helpful with any concerns that may accur.

The whole team were great, very responsive and professional through out.

Mortimer’s team were incredible. The solicitors that you recommended however, were not.

Kept us updated throughout and made everything easy. Would highly recommend.

We used the full process from house visits to mortgage advice and house purchase, we found the team very responsive in particular Grace who was informative, helpful and always in touch keeping us fully updated on all stages of our buying process. She is a credit to the Accrington branch.

Grace and the whole team at Mortimers helped make a tough move go as smoothly as it could. Both in selling a house and finding my new home (which took a while!) they were kind, efficient and very patient with a rather clueless client! Thank you all 😊
