Jonathan was absolutely fabulous and he did his utmost to make quite a difficult and at times stressful situation between solicitors as easy as he possibly could.

Mortimers were both helpful and realistic when helping us to sell our house. The initial consultation with Matthew was professional and the price suggested for sale reasonable. Photographs were of a far higher quality than those I’ve seen from other agents, with advice given about how to achieve this. Jonathan was good at keeping in touch throughout the process and Emmy was exceptional in helping to get us over the line. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly. Staff were friendly and professional throughout. I would certainly use them again.

I booked a viewing for my mother after her holiday.
Missed call from Grace.
Telephone call from Grace to state the seller has decided no more viewings due to accepting an offer at a higher price.
Grace stated she had sent me a message - no such message received just a voicemail to state she had called.
I have advised to inform seller that I am disgusted with their treatment & I was not impressed with Grace's attitude.
