Cannot say enough great things about…
Cannot say enough great things about this broker. I reached out online on a Friday afternoon after suffering through 4+ months of frustration, poor communication, and many costly errors on the part of Guaranteed Rate trying to do a refi. They spent 45 min on the phone with me after 5 pm that Friday, and worked on our file all weekend... we were in underwriting by Monday morning!!! We closed in less than 4 weeks, at the rate we originally tried to get with another “well known” firm but were then told were no longer available. Everyone along the way was responsive, friendly, and knowledgable. Their advise/tips were easy to follow, and they even continued to stay in touch after closing to be sure everything was in place when the first payment was due, and subsequently when the loan was transferred to another lender. Just top notch.

Incredibly fast response (within 1 minute of me putting in a request), and Guy kindly provided a thorough overview of all of my options - making sure he had all the information required. He then followed up with notes of the details of our call. He also responded very quickly to a number of questions I then sent back. I feel very confident in moving forward with his advice and would fully recommend this service to anyone who doesn't understand/know much about mortgages.
