The worst company, if I could I wouldn't give them even one star.
I had problems with my kitchen cabinet and I contacted them, they came to the first appointment and couldn't fix it, he said he would order a new kitchen cabinet but I didn't see him take any measurements, at the second appointment when he had to come with a new unit he said he only came to fix a shelf, I reminded him that he said the appointment was made to change the entire kitchen cabinet and finally at the third appointment he decided to change my cabinet, but he had no idea what to do and after a whole day of struggling to fix it he said he fixed it, not even 5 minutes after he left the house I went to check what he had done and when I opened a drawer it was about to fall on my feet, it wasn't even fixed, I even called to send it back to fix it but the person on the phone said that the engineer is no longer near my house and I need to make a new appointment, I told him I wanted someone urgently the same day because it's a risk and it's Health and Safety but they said they couldn't do anything because it's Friday and they have nothing to do until Monday, I told them I have a child and it's risky to leave the drawer in the cupboard like that because it could fall on him if he touches it. Unfortunately the person on the phone didn't want to help me and I have to wait for the next appointment, even on the fourth visit after he finished the repair I noticed that he forgot to put silicone in two parts of the bottom of the cupboard and that piece was moving and I had to call again to make another appointment for him to come and put some silicone where he forgot to put it.
They are some incompetent people who have no idea how to handle repairs.
Considering they have so many bad reviews I don't know how nobody
doesn't take any action?

My flooring in my kitchen was terrible before and Martin from Morgan Sindall came to have a look to make it “safe” he said I needed whole new flooring as in all honesty the flooring wasn’t safe at all for me or my children , and put in the soonest date he could to come and fit my flooring , he was very polite and was genuinely a very nice person he asked what colour flooring I would like and made sure it matched my front room. The flooring looks absolutely wonderful now and really brightens up the kitchen he’s done an amazing job his name if Martin Webster And id recommend him highly to anyone who needs their floor doing thank you so so much. Amazing fella!

Waited 3 weeks already. Unfortunately we all cant have days off when we want, well not witj my boss. Disgraceful service

Well done to Morgan Sindall! What made this experience fantastic? The main bedroom radiator wasn't working a few weeks. Manny attended to assess the issue. He was unable to resolve the issue because the radiator was full of internal rust and impossible heat up. Manny said he will report the issue., and some one will be in touch. Thank you Manny for keeping your promise, respect 👊 to you for following it up!
On Friday 27th February 2026 the engineers attended to replace the radiator. Leon and his colleague were exceptional! Leon was approachable, repectable, and easy to converse, and a pleasure to welcome into our home. They carried out the job neat and tidy.
The radiator is nice and modern giving off some nice heat😃! Thanks Morgan Sindall for quality work, brilliant service from Manny, Leon and colleague! 👏 👏

They just flooded my moms flat.destroyed all her memories she had in cupboard,she’s 80 with dementia and has been heartbroken all day.how are companies like this given big contracts it’s terrible.she’s had a plumber around since 230 am ,he said he can’t believe what’s been done.the person cut through a water pipe and used tape to fix it and left.4 properties flooded.horrible.but obviously I can see I’m not alone 😤
Worst company in the world. I have the misfortune of living in an council estate flat that is serviced by Morgan Sindall. Westminster housing has decided to work with this company for some obscure reason. My complain will of COURSE be filed with them too, as well as my local MP as surely, my case has wasted 100s if not 1000s of pounds and its still unresolved.
so TWO AND A HALF years ago my landlord and me tried to start a repair request as the windows in the property do NOT stay open and this is a problem for the warm months and when you want to air the flat. It took these useless company TWO YEARS and some, to actually manage to visit the property with someone who had no experience with windows (!!!!). They claimed that 'previous attempts to gain access were not successful' which is a blatant lie, as i work from home and i was home especially for those days that they were supposed to come - never came.
When the person attended, he realised the windows need a carpenter. Then then sent another person, a carpenter this time (a month or so later). He said the repair is impossible, but that they could install a different method of keeping the windows open. I accepted as there is no other way around the repair.
Since then, the appointment for them to come and fix it has FAILED 4-5 times in a row. Once, they did not have the parts. Then, they had the parts but something happened. Then, they had the parts but the carpenter was tied with another repair. I gave them a last chance today, then (of course) they called me again to say its not happening today as the person slotted for this job does not have the parts.
When i asked how is it possible that the person sent to do a SPECIFIC REPAIR does not have the NEEDED PARTS, especially after so many failures to attend and repair and the super chilled unapologetic person on the phone said its possible because the person who was supposed to attend and had the parts is on a different job, so the currently slotted person to attend my repair does not have them with them.
TELL ME WHY YOU TRUST THIS COMPANY. Its a waste of public money. I will report this to the local MP who is already CC'ed in and aware of the mismanagement going on, chewing public money doing nothing and they asked me how the repairs are going.
I just said to the person on the phone that i no longer wish them to do the repair. Every time they are supposed to come, i have to move the whole house around for them to have access, only for them to cancel every SINGLE time.

Is Zero rating or minus an option??!!! Absolutely disgusting. I have lived in my property for just over a year now and not one thing I have had to have fixed has been done correctly, or I have had to chase and chase and chase, or wait weeks and weeks on end. For someone who suffers with sciatica and asthma too, which is all in their notes, the scheduler lady on the phone today to the electrician outright said 'I appreciate that (regarding my notes that the electrician read out) but nothing we can do she will just have to wait' how about you take the time to actually book a plumber with an electrician on the same day that needs it! instead of complaining and sighing on the phone that 'you can't wait to go home tonight'. I'm sorry that us tenants are such a burden to you, but maybe if you did your job correctly and helped those in need, things would be better. WORST company ever! god forbid any of their children ever had to deal with them and live the way some of us are left to live. APPALLING.

Please take note of the rest of your reviews. You are representing Westminster Council for doing their repairs but you are completely incompetent. You do not stick to your schedule appointment. Let people down have them waiting weeks on end and it’s the same excuse every day. Our operatives are on an emergency Then you have the cheek to reschedule a week later. We are all emergencies for Repairs which should be taken into consideration when you are meant to be representing your name. As a company, let’s just see how long Westminster keeps you in contract very very poor service.
Absolute time wasters. Appointments are booked in and the engineers either can’t do the job or just don’t turn up, even when you get a text to state that they are on route. They tell lie after lie after lie and can take up to 6 months up to a year to complete 1 job, IF you are lucky. They have only 2 plasterers in the borough of Waltham Forest, one has been sick since December, the other obviously busy. They lack communication and will try and pass you over to a different department, although it is them that deals with the issue. They don’t have no consideration for peoples time or whether they have to take time off of work or cancel plans for their appointments. They just don’t care
The emergency calls 24/05 for a toilet flush stop working 🤯 have a pregnant lady at home. They were happy to send someone within few hrs. The person on the phone was so polite and understandable at a time of need. I spoke to staffs members at normal office hrs too all well polite and well mannered. The emergency at midnight with orange uniforms didn’t get his name he was friendly and polite. My toilet flush played up again😩 26/05 Ellis come to rescue he wiped his feet as he entered my property well mannered very polite fix my toilet flush and said any problem give us a shout. A big shoutout to Morgan Sindall for having such a wonderful emergency repairs staff members on handling calls and to emergency call out for repairs 👏👏👏👏Thank you for understanding time of needs. Life savers ☺️

I wouldn’t give them one star. Morgan sindall have had my life for 4 yrs because of thier incompetence to be able to do a job. They have broken me mentally and had to live with mould an damp. Even though i have a voice recording of ian at morgan sindall as a manager saying wall wasn’t damp. However 4 wks later a surveyor came out and found the cause of my damp an mould an wall was 100% wet. In 4 yrs ive had a damaged carpet which I complained they said they investigated but obvs didn’t has no one asked for my evidence.
Then concrete layed not once but twice an done wrong has now got to be ripped up an taken out.
I have 4 yrs of correspondence an 4 yrs of evidence. Sadly i cant tale a legal case against them as it falls with my lical council who are tied in tona contract with these cowboys. They removed a back step an left it until i had my fall then everyone rushed to come put temp step in
However im now intouch with my local mps offices who are now taking it beyond the complaints system with my local council.
Morgan sindall should be ashamed of themselves.
This has been going on since November 2021 til now 2025.
If you want your home ruined use them if not avoid all together

Bunch of cowboys, avoid like the plague was told they could not do a repair as there may be asbestos in floor, someone had already been round to remove it which they booked in. These idiots could not run a game of tiddly winks let alone a repair company. Should be struck off
Morgan Sandall sent me a note arranging a time for a boiler and gas test. All day, I waited, but nobody arrived. When I contacted, I was informed that the date had been rescheduled for next week without informing me . I waited till the following week, but nobody arrived. Sometimes the engineer writes that he showed up and no one was home, so I wanted to demonstrate that I was home and nobody arrived. I contacted them to explain why no one had shown. This demonstrates how unprofessional Morgan Sandall is when interacting with clients.

Honestly, how councils or anyone hire this company is beyond me. The work they carry out is subpar at best and most of the time its half arsed and half finished with just all round general shoddy workmanship. They have genuinely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Over 1 hour long wait times on the phone only to be met with rude, arrogant and unprofessional people. They could not care less about your issue or what you need repaired, they only care about getting off the phone, rushing you through the call and huffing and puffing when trying to explain something. They don't even have the decency to say bye without being rude. Just downright an awful company.
Avoid at all costs.

Show up when nor expected or don't show up when expected. The complaints manager is awfull just sends e mail instead of calling so you can have your say. He just dictates to you. Dreadfull service I will be contacting my Mp regarding my unsolved issues

This company is the most incompetent business to grace God's green earth. Appointment booked for this morning 8am - 12:30pm. Received phone call at 12:10pm to tell me that the appointment was cancelled due to the engineer being sick!! 3 years waiting for server black mould to be dealt with and still nothing done, I am absolutely sick of this company they are beyond useless and should be shut down!!! Seriously had a gut full of them why St Albans council use them is beyond me.
