I’ve only been in the program for two weeks (I’m not finished with course) but I’ve already been talking to business owners and moving towards my goal because of this program. If you’re going to enroll, be prepared to do the work and be prepared to step out of your comfort zone, not just once. Moran clearly knows what he is talking about and he is passionate about helping.

I work for Acquisitions.com so take this review with a grain of salt (I may be biased :). In short, I would not spend my time working for dishonest people, selling or pitching a program that doesn't work. There are plenty of people and programs out there who will be happy to take your money even if the individual is not a good fit. What we have here is not magic and we do our best to communicate the fact that it will be tough and will require commitment. If the client can bring that internal commitment and resourcefulness to the table, I know for a fact that the information + the personal support from Moran and our team is enough to succeed, the proof is in the pudding.

Although I’m still only four months into the program that Moran Pober has created, I certainly see the benefits of and what it can help me achieve. I’m very certain that I will close my first great deal in the near future. I really appreciate the ongoing support trough email, Facebook group and Q&A calls.
If you learn and are willing to put in the work you’ll be successful with Moran’s program.

I joined the mentorship program on Father’s Day! Every day following has been exciting and educational. The courses, material, and support staff have been outstanding! Moran Pober, the AU team and my fellow members are so supportive, encouraging, and motivating, on my path to growing in the M&A space. As a small business owner, all of the knowledge gained through Moran’s coaching and mentorship, as well as, the rest of the team, has been vital in my progression forward into the future. I have never been part of a group with so much enthusiasm and sense of community. I know I will be part of Moran’s vision for many years to come.

I wonder why people are saying this course or Moran is a scam...this is huge...so huge that it scares small minds or the faint hearted. Come and get your life changed for real. I'm a living testimony that it does work.

It has changed my life, made me a better, more grateful, and abundant person. He teaches you everything you need to learn to buy businesses without your own capital and how to become the best in your sector. Also gives you LOTS of tools you need to make your process so easy. Best course out there. Worth so much more than the cost of the program. If you take action and focus there's no reason for you to not be a millionaire in the first year. He teaches the highest income skill there is. By the way he's a great person and always looking to help and give value.

I am a participant in the Acquisition University program. The program combines simplicity and comprehensiveness to all what you need to acquire a business. Moran and his team are very responsive and helpful in case you have doubts. I will definitely recommend his program.

This course combines self-help, psychology, and lots of practical steps. Moran is a great teacher. Jeff adds lots of real-world experience. I was not expecting this level of teaching, Now when I talk with a lawyer, accountant or business owner they see me as someone who knows what he is talking about.

This is the only course that really got my attention apart from the QLA course Dan Pena gives in his castle.
I've been scammed many times in my life with coutnless useless courses from Tai Lopez and other gurus... Which at some point really got into my nerves because of all the lost money and time.
But I kept having faith that I just needed to be right once. I felt that it could be that one time with Dan Pena. But I changed my mind and chose Moran Pober's Acquisitions University because it's about the same content, more detailed and 4x cheaper.
And now, 2 weeks after enrolling, I am definitely overwhelmed with the information, the wisdom and the teachings. I used to say that my "Dream" is to become a billionaire in 20 years. Now I say that my "Goal" is become a millionaire by January.
My biggest burden is my unachieved potential, I have to fulfill it and I am not planning to die with regrets.

It is a good course, gives you most of the info you need to do an acquisition, most importantly the mindset required to go through with such a task, the only negative I can say is, it is not a quick process, I was sold the course on the assumption that I would be able to get a deal within weeks, there is nearly 0 chance of that happening, I know people on the course with years of experience but have not yet secured even one deal, best advice is to have another steady source of income while you pursue this. I found it to be a money driven scheme despite what they say in the Youtube videos, they will not compromise much on the payments. Other than that, the teachings and the community are positive

Spam artist. Spamming almost every video I watch on YouTube. Sick of his face now if I’m honest. I think he should reconsider his marketing strategy. I could watch 1,000,000 of his adverts and still wouldn’t even consider paying for his course. Considering he has to pay for the marketing shouldn’t he focus on other customers once they’ve seen a certain number of ads. If I ever wanted to buy his course, I certainly don’t want to anymore. Especially after reading some of the other reviews.
Moran, if you’re reading this... it’s not for me mate! Stop spamming me.
As others have said, if it’s so great, focus on it yourself.
I haven’t even looked in to prices but already know it will be something ridiculous.
Enough said. He wastes my time enough I can’t be bothered to waste more of my time on him.

I joined Acquisitions University a couple of months ago. I am very happy with as it provides A-Z information about everything from creating a vision and structure of the business through finding deals and negotiations ending on how to get financials and close a deal.

Weekly Q&As with Moran himself and Jeff - an investment banker with over 40 years experience in M&A are a cherry on top.

The whole process of acquiring a business is a lot of work but Moran's program significantly cuts the learning curve and helps to avoid common mistakes.

I am only giving him a two-star (not one) because his course was not so bad, he did give some value and was helpful when I asked him questions. But there is no proof that Moran ever bought or sold any businesses, so I am not sure if his advice was even valid. Because if such a young guy as him (he is 30 years old or so), was successful at buying and selling businesses, why would he spend so much time on those courses instead of going out there and making millions (which he claims people can do) buy buying and selling businesses? I thought mentors were older people who had a lot of experience and success in a field, and now don't have the energy anymore, so they dedicate their time to teaching others?

However, what I did not like was the way they (him and his team) seduced me (and other people) and use marketing and selling techniques to manipulate me into buying their course. In his webinar he made me believe that every person could succeed no matter what their experience level is, and it would not take a very long time, which simply is not true. Let me tell you this: If you have no business experience, THIS COURSE IS NOT FOR YOU!!!

The other thing I did not like was that they made me think that they would "qualify" me and interview me to see if I was the right fit, which simply was not true either because they took everyone who could afford the course because they asked me all these questions about how much I made etc. Another thing they told me many times was that I had to be resourceful, which indirectly meant: if you don¨t have money, be resourceful (like, borrowing money, etc).

Lastly, I want to tell everyone that the course is CERTAINLY NOT worth 3000 USD. It is a ridiculous price. It should not be worth more than 500 USD, IF THAT.

Mind blown. This is all about putting the work and achieving results and become successful!

Continues to add value and improve the course, when he doesn't have to.

There is great value in the coursework itself, which is to be expected when going into these things, but there is also great value "watching over his shoulder" while he's doing deals and celebrating wins with others in the group who are doing the same.

I have been a mentee if Moran for some time now and can honestly say that his mentorship has really been a pivotal point in my life. Focusing on growing wealth by helping others get what they want.

His Mergers and Acquisitions course has opened up a world of opportunities for me and has given me the confidence and gave me the skills in the business space to excel.

More than anything he has been accessible and shown that he is willing to help those that they are willing to do the work. I can't recommend his course highly enough regardless of your ambitions and the sector that you are interested in pursuing.

My name is Matt(details below), just giving a shout-out to Moran Pober. This guy's been a really big influence on my life, and the reason why I say that is because I've been wanting get into deal making, raising capital, acquire funding for businesses, and really just get into doing deals in businesses, right? It's exciting, it's where the biggest sales happen, the highest stake situations out there. And in finance, that's where you make the most money, in finance sales, that's where the biggest deals go down, the biggest commission checks get cut.

With that being said, I can really thank Moran for helping me enter into that space, and excelling. So, for example, I actually was mentored by Moran about two years ago, in his business acquisition group, and that has been an unbelievable experience. Learning how to buy businesses, get in, how to talk to sellers, how to talk as a buyer, how to acquire the funding, how to structure the funding, how to structure the deal in total, how to sell the deal, and the step-by-step process to do that. It's invaluable. It's invaluable what you can learn, and what you can do with that skillset.

And what's really cool with me is that I entered the space wanting to do deals, and actually buying businesses, right? That's the road I went down, and after a while, what I've realized is I'm really good at developing, getting deals in the door, meaning getting opportunities in the door. And what's really crazy is that I'm now working with even companies on Wall Street now. There's two hedge funds I'm actually working with on Wall Street, and a larger private equity shop that I'm actually contracted with, where I'm helping them bring these deals to the table because I understand how deal flow works, thanks to Moran. You know, I can talk the language of big deal, and I know how to reach out, and get people's attention, and get them into our pipeline.

This is just my feedback, he's a great guy, and the experience and learning that you'll learn from him is undeniably amazing.
