Super quick and efficient.

I had a very good experience with moving on London. On my big moving day the team.came was very supportive thought there were few additional items which I missed mentioning to them when I asked for a quotation but they handled it really well. David and Nastase came for helping me with moving the stuff and they were amazing and took care of all.the stuffs and packed very nicely

Genuinely can’t fault these guys. The entire moving experience was flawless from start to finish. We booked a full house move with them at relatively short notice, but communication via email and WhatsApp was very easy, as was the FaceTime video tour that helped them provide a (very reasonable!) quote. The move itself was very well organised, super careful, and massively efficient. The guys turned up bang on time, packed up our whole house in just a few hours with care and precision, asking questions where needed, even accommodating a forgotten cupboard at the last minute, as well as moving some very large garden trees from our backyard into their van, which we thought would be impossible but didn’t phase the guys one bit! When we arrived at our new house, all the boxes were clearly labelled and organised, they moved large furniture into all the rooms we requested, and not a single item was broken or scratched. Honestly cannot recommend this company enough, they were FAB!!

I cannot praise high enough the guys who helped us move. They were superb. Nothing was damaged. Everything was put in the correct place. Some difficult (and heavy) furniture was moved without complaint. They were also quick and polite. Perfect.

I cannot recommend Mooving On London highly enough! They helped me move last Saturday and were absolutely phenomenal. They arrived bang on time, came fully prepared, and took care of every detail from packing to delivery with complete professionalism.

The team packed everything securely, loaded it all efficiently into their truck, and delivered it in perfect condition — not a single item broken or missing! Their attention to detail is second to none, and you could tell they genuinely care about doing a great job.

One of the things I appreciated most was that the fee was agreed upon beforehand — it included absolutely everything: boxes, tape, packing paper, the works. No hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. Everything was discussed, agreed, and sealed before the move took place.

They really do take care of everything, leaving you with total peace of mind. If you're looking for a trustworthy, meticulous, and punctual moving company, look no further. These guys are the real deal!

I recently moved to a new property and used Mooving On London for my removals. They are the best company that I have ever used. Andrew and the team were brilliant and found solutions where normally removal companies just complain. Definitely use these guys, they moved everything effortlessly and were extremely patient when I was waiting for my TV box and they helped me build it. Another thing which I experienced, they were very quick and disassembled and assembled beds and furniture in little or no time.

My move date kept moving because I was in a chain. I moved the date 5 days out but they said it was 4 days as they counted the packing up day but this wasn’t the move date. They fined me 25% of my booking. Then they couldn’t do my new date but they wouldn’t give any of my deposit back. I never should have booked them in advance but I felt pressured to book with their emails. In total they took £800 of my deposit money for doing absolutely nothing ! Disgraceful when many removers don’t even charge a deposit. The new lovely service I booked doesn’t charge one. Also when I asked if they transported my fridge & freezer items they just said ‘no’ and sent me copy and paste terms and conditions and offered no help or advice, such as ‘put it in a cooler box and we can transport that for you’. They were rude on the phone and when I said I was going to write a negative review they said they would take me to the small claims court !

Great movers, went very smoothly and they were very careful with my stuff. The price was fairly decent too - cheaper than the other quotes I got on a comparison website. They were also flexible with my move date which was helpful!

Andrew and his team were super experienced. Very good and fast. Incredibly efficient, had to wait for hours whilst we were in-between completion and with no complaints. Highly recommend. Chrissie and Oliver

We had a massive move using this company. There were hundreds of boxes and various pieces of furniture. The move was over two days. First day they packed the items. Second day packing continued. Then there was the actual move. It was a very though and long day but we had so much fun having the move with Mooving on. Great guys. Team leader Andre was amazing so were the two other Andres and jack of all trades Daniel. They are like superheroes, so many skills, great attitude, dream team. They were with us the whole day. And it is a very long day considering they were lifting such heavy loads up and down the stairs all day long. Endurance athletes could learn from these guys. Since this was such a big move, later in the day 4 more guys joined to help. It was work, it was though but it was also so much fun. I think they underestimated the job a bit. As they seem like a new company this is understandable but they delivered and they worked so hard to deliver I have so much respect for them. It was actually so difficult to do what they did within the given time frame. It was incredible. They were physically very strong, very agreeable and fun attitude wise, very flexible and adaptable, amazing drivers, great with all the tools to take apart and put things back together also nice and respectful to others. There was a van parked in our allocated place and took off. When he returned and wanted to get out. These guys stopped all their work, moved both trucks and then get back in and continued to work. What a great attitude, what a great way to be. We were very impressed. Can't have enough words to praise them. Wish they had a bit more time so they wouldn't have to get so tired but it was what it was. They stood behind their words and they delivered. Considering the value for money, this is a 6 star service not 5. Highly recommended. If you want to get things done and have fun while at it, these are your people. I forgot to mention. The whole interaction with them was good. From the very first moment they called me, then the estimation process and further communications. They are serious and very professional.

Really impressed with Mooving On London. I would definitely recommend / use this company again. The team that came round to pack and move our belongings in our house move were quick, efficient and hard working, but also took great care of all our belongings. Service from start (quotes/booking) to finish (unloading) was great.

Very sloppy. Ruined a set of draws. More importantly, they charge extra for waiting if you don't immediately get the keys and if their drivers have a traffic or parking fee they threaten you and make you pay. All is an excuse to make you pay more and they don't take responsibility for anything. I doubt that several of the terms in their service contract are compliant with consumer law, as they transfer to you all responsibility. Avoid at any cost!
