Brilliant friendly and informative service, and a absolutely stunning collection of campers!

I cannot fault the service I received from the first visit to just look at a van with Rosie. Through the buying process, and all the assistance in choosing the details of the van with John, through to the final delivery and handover.
If you’re thinking about buying a campervan then you could do no better then contacting Moorlake for friendly and knowledgeable advice.

I called to enquire about a Camper on a Sunday and Eddie who was at home answered.
For me that’s somebody who wants to do business. I asked about some adaptations that I would like to the vehicle on sale and Eddie immediately said it wouldn’t be a problem.
I paid the small deposit and the work was done on faith as the deposit wouldn’t have covered the cost. The wonderful Rosie then took up the task of organising some finance I needed. Throughout the process the communication was 5 star and everything was done as promised.
To cap it all I left my sunglasses there and they duly arrived in the post.
I would and already am recommending Moorlake to everyone

In my quest to buy a camper van I have been dealing with Moorlake and I have to say that they cannot be faulted for the quality of their service. Ed and John impressed me from the start with their speed of response and their knowledge of the vehicles and the conversions on offer. They were so patient in replying to my numerous very long emails even writing to me on New Years Day ! Thank you so much Ed and John for putting up with me !!

Bought a brand new VW Campervan from Moorlake and picked it up in Dec 21. Fantastic customer service, nothing is too much trouble for them and no pushy sales. After-sales so far is brilliant, emails are answered very quickly. It's a Camper King conversion so a very big converter backing them up. Superb...........

I can’t say enough good things about Moorlake Ltd. I hired a Campervan as a trial run and then bought one from them shortly after. They found me a lovely VW that met my requirements and I absolutely love it! The Moorlake team have been so helpful and professional throughout and their comms have always been spot on. Their after sales customer service has been second to none and they have rectified a couple issues for me efficiently, with no dramas. From my first (of many) calls with Rosie, then to John and then to meeting Ed at Camper King to spec the van the guys were brilliant. The communication was great, they kept me up to date, offered advice, answered all my questions and kindly got some fuel in my van (during the 'shortage' in October) to enable me to get on the road back to Scotland. As a customer I felt that nothing was too much trouble and made the whole experience of buying a van, from the other end of the country without even seeing it a simple one. And the van - well it's brilliant a great conversion and I love it. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending these guys to anyone. Thanks!

Good correspondence, we traveled a distance to view van, all sorted by phone and email. Collected van following week, Rosie sorted out everything and went through workings of van in details. Bed, water, gas storage, electric hook up and list goes on.
Very happy with our purchase, we are looking forward to many years of holidays.
