As a bigger person, finding cute clothes that fit me is usually impossible. I was surprised and elated to find this company that has sizes all the way up to mine! On top of that, the customer service is great. When I ordered a skirt that they realized was out of stock, they personally contacted me to ask for replacement options. I'm sure any other company would've just cancelled or substituted themselves. Will absolutely be shopping again!

Wonderful product true to size, the skirts have two pockets that can hold my phone, keys, and wallet while still looking good for the tiered silhouette, shipping was fast and the price really can't be beat for what you get. Also very much machine wash and dryable! I have olive green and black and i plan to get more!

You don't know how hard it is to find the exact skirts style I like that's also plus size! If you're like me and just want a good,sturdy, roomy and nice black skirt this is the place!

they said they didnt have the 2 skirts i ordered in warehouse stock near me after 5 days without an update. when i told them to just get me the items i payed for they insisted on trying to refund me instead!!!
all i wanted was 2 of the solid black skirts!!
its hard buying plus sized clothes that aren't horrible looking florals!!! do plus sized women not deserve good looking clothes?!??!!?

Great communication about order status and quick shipping

I wanted a specific style and color of skirt, and they had it on their site for not too bad a price, so I bought that I also decided to get some stockings to hit their free shipping marker, even though I wasn't super interested in them. In just a couple hours after the order, they started shipping the stockings, and told me the skirt was out of stock. I told them I wanted a refund on the skirt (I was fine with the stockings, it was my choice to have ordered them and I wasn't going to have them refund the whole order just because of one item). They sent multiple emails asking how they could keep my money and get me to buy another skirt. I kept answering them that I didn't want another one and saying I wanted a refund. They said they didn't have it in stock, but now all of a sudden they do (in China), so they're shipping it, even after the THIRD TIME I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T WANT IT ANYMORE AND WANTED A REFUND. Do not buy from this company! Terrible customer service, I regret even trying out a new company like this.

I received my items as described. When I had a small problem with my order, Moon Wood responded timely and fixed the problem.

Fast shipment but it is not holding up my knee brace that's what I wanted it for. Will hang on to it maybe it might work for something else.

They're very soft and warm, seem durable too.
