My order from Moonstone Crystals was damaged in transit, and I'm full of praise for how Moonstone Crystals handled the incident. They replied quickly to my email explaining what had happened. It was a proper "human" reply from a real person, and not an automated standard reply. They explained what they would be doing to replace my order and kept me informed.
When my replacement order arrived, it was perfect, and I'm really pleased with it.

The package arrived in a reasonable time frame and smelt gorgeous. I was so excited to receive this. On opening the package the sets were packed tightly together with some newspaper shoved in.

The gift boxes are nothing special and inside there was a bit of shredded paper that does nothing to protect the contents in transit so candles get broken and stones and crystals get scratched or chipped.

There is a piece of folded paper in each box that gives some information but its not great and doesn't tell you what the contents are or what to do with them.

There is no doubt about it that the chakra stones are unique, a good size and I haven't seen anything like them anywhere else. This is why I gave a 3 star rating.

Some of the Chakra stone gift sets have decent contents and some feel like odds and ends have been thrown in to make them up. Everything was dirty, dusty and I even found a few long hairs in the boxes.

I purchased all 7 sets as a gift for someone which I wont be able to use. I may be able to salvage some pieces from each of the kits, clean, cleanse and charge them.

Sadly I was very underwhelmed. These turned out to be an expensive purchase of nothing more than seven chakra stones and maybe one or two beautiful stones.

Prompt delivery, good service and very pleased with product (quite unusual and good price). Very happy with service.

Perfect crystals definitely recommend purchasing from moonstone crystals.

I’ve been coming to Moonstone for a well over a year now. Every visit is pleasant, the staff are always welcoming and are so happy to help you with anything, such as
finding a particular crystal for a specific reason. As for the website, it’s very easy to navigate and is pleasant to the eye.

Wonderul shop, lovely selection of items. I purchased some crystals for a Christmas present and they came very quickly, packaged well and was updated about the dispatch swiftly. Will be back for more I'm sure!

I enquired about the origins of their crystals and received a prompt reply to explain where and how their crystals are sourced - which was wonderful. And when I ordered my first piece, right before xmas, it arrived two days later. A beautiful piece - great value for money and great customer service.

Friendly correspondence and efficient service. The crystal that I had ordered wasn't available so I was offered a full refund or a substitute. I chose the latter and I was thrilled when they arrived today.
